AC not available downstairs, only in bedrooms. Be careful from mosquitos as you will need to keep doors and windows closed and use insecticides. Overall not bad but rating 7-8/10

Comfortable, quiet location and a good value for the money. Not super luxurious but provided everything we needed. Staff was very helpful when we needed assistance or to make changes to our reservation. Pain du Jour right outside the front gate was a great place to get bread, coffee, quiches and sandwiches. Great air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Because office hours are so short, it was sometimes hard to find someone for assistance. There were a few differences in the rooms. For instance, one room had a coffee maker, another did not. A little bit better information on the property map would have been helpful, like where garbage and recycle dumpsters were located.

Clean appartement, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathroom. In a nice environment with parking. Helpful and kind receptionist.

location was great. the apartments were comfortable and stocked with the necessities. we liked that the bedrooms were dark and the air conditioning worked well. the pool is quite nice and the staff was always very helpful when we needed anything

The infos in Booking are different from the infos in the reception. We arrived 10 minutes after the opening hours and we had problem with the check in. There was noone there to help us. The telephone numbers in the gate don't work. Fortunately, we did it via a phonecall, a guy helped us with many difficulties in the communication. Also, there were only 2 hands towels for 3 people and no big towels. In the morning, the guy in the gate didn't notice that we want to leave and we had to make another phonecall to open us. Many things went wrong with that property. Thing again if you want to book it.

The only thing we liked it was the parking inside, with extra cost (6€), so it is safe to leave the car, although I requested it in advance but codes for the acces were never provided and nobody attending to support and provide them...

Everything was totally horrible...apartment 63 in which we were housed was a very outdated and dirty apartment, with insects such as spiders and spider webs in the stairs and in the door of the terrace, also dead crickets in the bathroom...no furniture at all and everything very outdated...most lights not working...2 towels for 6 people, also missing pillows to sleep 6 people...sofa linen with stains...very bad general conservation state, without any kind of cleaning, like if nobody had taken care of it before our arrival, also because the awful smell inside instead of a cleaned and ventilated place before receiving someone, incredible and regrettable...if it is not enough, nobody supporting on the phone after calling several times, so, no option to explain, to show it and to request changes or anything else as for example towels, pillows...it seems like if never have been any kind of renovation and they do not care, just take the money from people that is passing through in the way to somewhere else and cheat the next one...200€ for such a shameful place and with a secret offer!!...amazing, a total steal, a deception and a scam, even for a 1 night stop in the way as we needed it.

As soon we got to the apartment and seen the condition we went straight back to the reception to cancel the booking because it was not as described and dirty, i was then told i would loose my money if we left straight away but told that if i stayed for half the booking then they will refund 50%, which is 900 Euro's, we stayed 5 nights, which was horrible and dirty. I was assured on the last day that the refund would be the following week, its been 2 weeks now and i have still not received a payment and I'm not very happy. i have a collection of pictures of the property showing the condition. I am shocked that bookings.com advertise this place and show the untrue pictures of the properties, i feel duped and let down, and now I'm not even sure how to get my money back because nobody is answering any of my phone calls.
