The room was clean and comfortable an ideal for a stop on our journey home. It was a short walk to a very good restaurant. Secure apartment and parking. Breakfast selection was ok.

Directions to the property. The address given was a new one which wasn't recorded on gps! Fortunately we were in the area before the reception closed, so they were able to tell us the correct address. However, when we arrived, reception was closed. We received a message stating the keys were in the safe, but no code was given. No reply from the after hours number, which was the same as the number we had called ten minutes earlier. Fortunately, my wife tried the handle of the safe and it opened!

The aircon was great - kept the rooms down to a very comfortable temperature during the heatwave. The rooms are spacious with a table and chairs. The fridge was excellent - to the point that we had ice cold drinks throughout our stay and they chilled our vacuum flask bottles down so much they stayed cold pretty much all day when out and about in the heat. Lots of excellent local places to eat mere minutes away - Monsieur Louis is an exceptional find with sublime food.

We spent 1 night here in June 2024 and checked in late around 9.30PM (after a scenic drive from Marseille). Reception was already closed after 7.00PM but clear lock-box instructions were sent out earlier. After collecting the envelope containing the room key, we proceeded to park our car onsite. Room C202 is on the second floor so we had to bring our luggage up. The room was clean and comes with a kitchenette. The provision of the electric kettle was a welcome amenity. Wi-fi worked well in the room and air-conditioning was greatly appreciated, a relief from the summer heat. An extra full-length mirror outside the bathroom was a bonus. We went to the reception the next morning to pay the city tax and were met by a cheerful and friendly front desk staff. The view from our window overlooks into the surrounding hills.

The condition of the room could do with a little refresh as some areas were getting run down, for example, the wardrobe doors do not align properly. Even though there was a kitchenette, there was a need to renew and replenish utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Room has all basic facilities, small kitchenette for cooking is appreciated, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was dish soap and sponge for the kitchen, basic set of plates, glasses, cutlery, a frying pan and one cooking pot, kettle, microwave, several tea and instant coffee bags. There was shower gel in the bathroom. The location is quiet despite being close to the highway (I had windows closed). There is free onsite parking that I appreciated a lot (was one of the reasons to choose this residence). Can't judge on the gym room, breakfast and food offers as I did not use these offers. Overall price-quality ratio is quite good.

Kitchen equipment could be improved. The frying pan was in bad state, there were no tea spoons, no spatula. The stove top was okay (classical electric plates), but the knobs did not have indications of power levels. The shower head could not be fixed in the holder (problem of the holder), so I had to hold it all the time in one hand, not very practical. There is an intention to promote garbage separation, but garbage containers are all mixed up. The glass container is 50 m away along the street, there is also one for plastic, which was not operational (sealed). Quite some traffic on highway A8 towards A51 in the morning, just keep in mind if you plan to drive this direction.

We booked this accommodation because we urgently needed a place to sleep in the area on the long drive back home from the vacation that was suddenly interrupted. We spent merely 9 hours, arriving well past the reception time, and leaving early in the morning. The only contact with staff was via Booking messages. Studio was small, but enough for one night sleep over. There was a small kitchen, we used merely kettle. There is a large parking, and the apartment is near the motorway. Everything seemed small and a bit modestly furnished, but enough for one night sleep, for the price which seemed OK.

The hotel has private parking, it's close to Aix-en-Provance by car, so location is quite convenient. I liked wifi quality. The room is tiny, but it's absolutely what is on photos, so it's what I expected. The room is clean and overall has everything required. There is a big road nearby, but with closed windows I did not hear a thing!

The smell of cleaning chemicals was a bit too strong. I opened windows for the full afternoon to get rid of it. I did not like one of the pillows, looked old to me. Another one was okay.

The personal was always very kind and willing to support. The location is great, as it is close to a mall with everything you need to prepare your meals. It is plenty of parking, and easy to go around to different locations around.

the kettle was really dirty

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Since the recent refurbishment, there are USB charging sockets under the bedside shelves: quite convenient if you use several USB devices.

The cooking plates deserve an upgrade.
