The room was amazing, spacious and cozy, with a great bed and everything that's needed for a short stay in Tirol. The hotel had parking available which was very convenient. We liked the area - it's good for hiking, also very close to Innsbruck or Oetz or other places, depending on where you want to go. The breakfast was good, quite varied and very fresh. The owner also helped us to do laundry, which was appreciated. The town/village was small and had everything needed - information point, pharmacy, supermarket, a few restaurants etc. A short distance away from the Autobahn - by car it's around 5 minutes away (but you can't see/hear the autobahn itself).

The hotel is right on the street, so we could hear the cars going by even in the night. Also would be great if there was more information on nice places to visit in the area, or even routes - the information we received from the hotel was quite limited. Bear in mind that a lot of cable cars are closed in May, in the off-peak - for this better to visit in summer or winter.

Staff was accommodating in checking the room options as something went wrong with the booking. The place has a lot of public spaces for reading, drinking tea, and watching TV. It has a bit of a luxury hostel vibe with quite spacious rooms, but still a quiet environment.

Nobody was present at check-in and check-out, the place seems to be mostly DIY except during breakfast staff were present. Also remember that there's another Seelos in a town 30 minutes away: make sure you write the address, not just the name, in your GPS.

I love family hotels/guesthouses! This one is easily one of the best we've stayed at. Great breakfast, they have pretty much all you need (scrambled eggs included). Small shared kitchenette is a lovely touch, didn't expect it 👍 In common area there's a TV with PS4 and NES - was a great opportunity to introduce my daugther to retro gaming 😎 Higly recommend this place, we loved our 3 nights here

The Alpine studio is very spacious and nice. Bed is comfy. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast is great with nice options and all very tasty. We enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen lacked some essential cleaning supplies for cooking and the electric stove gave us a little bit of trouble while ccoking but no big deal and we still enjoyed the kitchen. Mieming is a bit distant from the center of the valley but no big deal if you have a car, the drive ro mieming is simply beautiful

The hotel room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was homemade and very tasty. The area is amazing. The views are breathtaking.

The only down thing I would say is the fact that the B&B is located on the main street, and it was noisy in the evening when we wanted to enjoy some fresh air on the balcony. But we could not hear the street noise from inside the room, so that was OK.

The place is beautiful, we stayed at the appartment wich has a private entrance. Everything was easy, check inn, the arrival, you have lots of parking spaces. We had view of the garden and mountain. Breakfast is delicious, really nice coffee. We simply recomend this place. It is a familiar place where you feel welcome. Thank you family Seelos. All the best.

Nice Hotel, clean and modern. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of food We were able to find a carpark right behind the house even though we arrived late. Room had a small balcony and mountain view

Unfortunately no lifts so we had to carry our suitcases up (I think we were on level 3)

Clean and nicely renovated room with balcony and additional sofa. Interesting, atypical and beautiful interior of the hotel, beautiful chilling zone and check-in bar. Very good breakfast with choice of local things. Beautiful view to mountains. Just 10 minutes from main highway Innsbruck-Bregenz

When we arrived the room was very cold (all thermo regulators were switched off), and having heating turned to maximum level our room's temperature wasn't comfortable during entire night. Please make sure heating is on before guests arrival during the winter!

For a mostly unstaffed accomodation our stay was exceptional. For of facicilties for all tastes and ages. It was much appreciated that we were able to use the laundry facilities as well. A great selection of drinks and snacks available and breakfast was fantastic. Thanks
