The resort is a great family-friendly option. A bit pricey but meals were included for the most part which certainly helps. Easy walking in Garmisch to many scenic shops from the resort. Shuttle will take you downtown and to all ski lifts and ski rental places.

The dinner menu was a bit too exotic on most days. We adults actually ordered from the kids many a few times as a result. Wi-Fi is spotty. Parking in the garage is 14/day

Everything was wonderful starting with the staff. This was the friendliest, most efficient, best trained, and most eagerly attentive staff we have ever encountered in a hotel. You can leave your car in the carpark and use their shuttle anywhere in town on the 1/2 hour. We ate 3 meals a day there as part of our stay. The food was varied and quite delicious. Our room was large, comfortable bed, great shower, AC controlled by the guest, large balcony, and we had our own sauna. We did use the spa service which was extensive: indoor pool, outdoor adult only pool, kids room with a pool, massages, etc. My massage was a 10. They even have a very clean miniature golf set up. I didn’t think I was going to be able to get my husband to leave.

The weather! However we were able to work around the weather, thanks to the hotel spa, and managed to go up the gondola on a rather clear time and walk up the gorge.

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! Thank you once again , for the great vacation , you provided for your guests !!!!

We had a wonderful stay, especially as a family! The hotel offers fantastic options for everyone — the pool, gym, sauna, mini golf, and theater kept us entertained, and the three included meals each day were delicious, with fresh natural juices in the morning being a highlight. The location is also perfect, close to the top attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Most of all, the incredible staff made our stay feel extra special. We’re already planning our next vacation to return here in the winter — can’t wait! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The floors and how the hotel was designed, it could be a little confusing to get to the different places

The welcome from the reception staff was fantastic. So much info and help, and although I spoke a little German, all of their staff spoke better English than us! most had even been to Scotland and could talk knowledgeably about it. It was also the hotel where the Scotland team had stayed during the World Cup! Room wasn't huge but it was really comfortable and clean and modern, the shower was fantastic, beautiful views from the balcony. The food was AMAZING. Breakfasts had everything, and the added bonus if you go half board, you get FULL BOARD as they offer a buffet lunch between 12 and 3! they call it a light lunch, it is not, you can have salads, hot meals and puddings. Beautiful 4 course evening meals, everything freshly prepared. The BBQ night was BRILLIANT. We had driven there from Sud Tirol. The underground carpark was great, and they parked up for us. It is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town, but we took full use of the mini-bus service which you book, or phone for a pick-up. It took us to and from all the local sites, both towns of Garmisch and Partenkirchen, and the Olypic stadium where we took the the cable car up the mountain. DO THIS. The pools and areas for relaxing were beautiful, looking up into the mountains. There is a supermarket around the corner if you wanted to grab some snacks and things.....absolutely no need with the amount of food on offer here. A FABULOUS hotel. Thank you for the beautiful memories. We will return.

A minor thing, polenta! Used in some local dishes. But happily, lots of choice on the menus.

Great hotel, great staff. The restaurant was very good too, we did the half board option with breakfast and evening meal and the food at both was of a high standard. I dont think the pictures actually do the place justice, the decor in the restaurant is excellent and the drinks menu was quite extensive. We travelled with a 2 & 4 year old and they absolutely loved the kids pool, we didn't miss not being able to go in the adult only pool as the indoor pool, jacuzzi and kids pool were great. Also the crazy golf and outdoor kids play area were very good. We didnt realise they were there so was a pleasant surprise. Good parking facilities underground.

We didnt realise the main pool was adult only but wasn't an issue in the end. The room wasnt ideal for young kids. My 2 year old tripped and fell down a step twice before we had to rearrange the furniture to prevent it happening again. its a bit of a hazard in the night especially but does look stylish. The area was a bit isolated, not really walking distance but they do run a shuttle to the center. Finally the sofabed had a lot of exposed metal at the sides. My daughter again hurt her knee on it climbing on and off the bed and It needs covering over with something soft to avoid injuries. The slide door to the bathroom area also really needs a lock

My wife felt like a princess when we got there. The hotel is luxury all the way. Completely loved it. Did not realize that meals were included when I booked. Total bonus!!

The building was only a year old but the ac in the room would not cool it down. The night was cool so we were ok by opening the patio door, but the ac should have worked better. It was 25 C when we arrived and after 5 hours of running in a small room, it only got to 23 C. This was disappointing.

Welcoming reception, car transfer to train station was nice part of the stay and the driver was really nice. On breakfast and lunch, Kitchen staff were awesome and very welcoming answering us about halal food. lunch was included which is nice.

I hoped they put halal sign on front of dishes. The dinner is fancy, mostly not halal. As there is many muslim visitors I hoped they would inform us just to avoid. 2 meals is good for me. Everything else was great I would visit again.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of options, beautiful location - we were lucky enough to get snow during our stay, shuttle bus was available to takes us around the town, great room with balcony with the view for mountains and creek. Reception was able to book our day trip to Zugspitze. The saunas and pools were amazing experience, we had fun on the games room and other facilities on the complex. Most of the staff spoke fluent English. Every night they provide a card to scan, so you can win a free drink on the bar or get free drink recipe. Breakfast and dinner included on the room charge, both delicious!

Some stuff were a little unfriendly and rude. The building configurations was a little confusing, and the instructions was unclear - we got lost trying to find our room and the facilities.

Great hotel with a nice spa area. Even though we only had breakfast and dinner included, they also invited to have lunch free of charge! The food quality is simply amazing!

The room is a little bit small and the view to the mountains is not great (depends on the room). The price is a bit too high, almost 400 EUR for 1 night (maybe it was because of the weekend and winter holidays)
