-location -easy access -easy check in
-lighting is dim -corridor lighting is dim -not enough power plug point -power card is shaky -hand basin clogged in toilet -water pressure low -bathroom grouting so so -no water jug -they gave used tissue "balance roll tissue" -night curtain hook broken -bathtowel is not fresh -if can put water filter all the floor
