We did not have breakfast. Our room overlooked the garage roof, so not a great view. We had one double bed, but the room itself was surprisingly large, had great modern lighting, clean carpeting, a good size bathroom and fluffy towels. There was a surprisingly generous amount of drawer space, a big plus. Though it is located near the airport, the room was very quiet. There is no elevator, so hauling our luggage up the stairs was a bit of a struggle. The bar and restaurant were warm and welcoming, and there was a generous happy hour. All in all, a great place to stay for the price. Nothing is warn looking.

Check in was complex as we booked through Expedia and it took some time to sort that out. Then there were the stairs.

The staff are very nice. Our room is always clean and tidy, the cleaning attendant is making sure we have extra towels. He comes everyday to keep our room tidy and change bath towels. I really appreciate that. Location wise is very convenient, it was not bad to drive going to Quebec City, very close to fast-food such as McDonald's and grocery stores like Walmart.. there's also a popular poutine place down the road (Casse-Croute Chez Micheline). Everyone should give it a try. 👍

It is an absolutely beautiful hotel ,very clean and super friendly staff,and always very helpful.The room was beautiful and clean very welcoming.Loved sitting on the balcony admiring the garden .Everyone spoke english very well that served us and super friendly.Thank you so much to our bar waitress and waitress that served us breakfast,excellent service .Bar waitress served us an afternoon meal which was delicious.I had grilled salmon and my husband had a hamburger meal.I tried a strawberry daiquiri for the first time,omg delicious.Thank you to our bar waitress served me drinks at the last minute before closing,she was very nice.Breakfast was delicious plenty of good food.Waitress was very nice and even gave us some history of the hotel.Would highly recommend this gorgeous place with outstanding service.

The hot tub was cloudy the water perhaps should have been changed in it,since it’s probably used a lot.I found the pool a little cool.But I’m not much of a swimmer anyway so wouldn’t stop me from returning someday again.

The stay was great, staff were accommodating, it was easy to get to downtown and shops and restaurants near by were delicious ☺️

The shampoo dispenser was empty and it was 10 pm when we got back and it was disappointing to not have anything to wash our hair. And calling the front desk that late seemed silly since there should have been filled between guests. However, due to a policy that if you stay longer than one night they don’t refresh towels and empty garbage. A little bit disappointing.

The hotel room was amazing! Shower was alittle funny, it kept spraying everywhere, but it was still a fancy shower. The view was great! The food in the restaurant was amazing and the masache at the spa was amazing!

The pool wasnt very clean, and too much clorene. Made my face burn. And hotel staffed seemed alittle upset that they had to speak english. But other than that the hotel stay was amazing! Thank you!

Amazing property! Feels like you’re on a real vacation in a resort! The tropical pool area and live music in the evening creatures such a vacation vibe

The arcade was a bit dated with pool tables that didn’t work! Money and balls kept getting stuck, the only working pool table was in the over 18 bar which we couldn’t go in with our 16yr olds! Hot tub worked but was broken we were told so the temp was not very warm!

Design of hotel excellent. Very family friendly with fish and walking areas in the center along with a pool. Our suite faced into the center with a balcony which was very relaxing for morning coffee. Location to everything was great. Staff very good and friendly. Cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful if needed extra towels etc. Many restaurants and stores nearby and Old Quebec is only 10 minute drive.

Bathroom had frosted glass door which was not great for privacy. Would not be a problem for a couple or single person, but with more than 2 guests, it made it awkward.

Good location, nice indoor garden and pool. Spacious rooms with access to outdoors. Free parking always a plus.

While beds were fine the pillows were extremely poor. The room had a lot of dust. Pool area did not feel very clean (slimy surfaces) and the hot tub barely works. Restaurant has mainly frozen food (crepes and pizza particularly discusting..). Pool tables in the games room broken..

The food at the restaurant! It wasn’t very flavourful. The server at the restaurant just walked away with the cash we paid. Was expecting her to return the reminder 10 dollars but she just put it in het tip jar. We were going to tip but I believe she could’ve first returned the money

The hotel is pleasant, the pool was suitable for children. The restaurant is an asset, tasty food with impeccable service.

The floors in the room are quite dirty... I came with a one-year-old baby who collected a lot of dirt from the floor. The Economy Room with 1 bed is much more airy and spacious than the Modern Room with 2 beds.
