I've returned to Bedouin Moon -- having figured out the public transport to the Asala, Light Tower (Masbat) and Mashraba -- 50 Egpt for each segment of the ride. This time I stayed a whole wholesome week. My room had a powerful, quiet A/C, strong stream of shower water, it's very clean and well maintained, with comfortable bed, and good quality bedding and towels. The view is both sea and mountain. The hotel staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast -- delicious, with plenty healthy options. It was nice to stay a bit north of the hustle and bustle of the Asala, I recommend this place with enthusiasm.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bedouin moon. I stayed there years ago when it was under different management and liked it enough to return. This stay was even better. The hotel now has upgrades such as a pool and beach access. I used the pool when I returned home each day, which was a lovely way to end the day. I didn't use the beach area because I was scuba diving during the day, but this is a great addition. As far as everything else: Mustafa and the rest of the staff provided excellent service. Upon arrival I was welcomed with bedouin tea. The warm welcome continued throughout my stay. I had a queen room with a small patio. I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night, looking at the water. Staff kept the room very clean.

Just the loveliest place! I don't think there's anywhere else in Dahab that can match the overall experience, quality of service, facilities, and excellent value that you will find at Bedouin Moon. I stayed here numerous times while in Egypt and I was always so happy to return -- always warmly welcomed and so well cared for by the wonderful staff, whose generosity, gracious service, and professionalism ensures all guests feel the same, while still allowing for space and privacy. Perfect location for Dahab with spectacular views: beachfront, but also directly in front of stunning mountains, with an easy path to the top for sunrise/sunset. The walk into town can be done by beach or road, easy and safe, even alone at night --about 15-20 minutes to Lighthouse area, or cheap taxis can be flagged down at any hour. If you appreciate space, peace, and privacy in a natural environment, you will like staying here on the edge of town rather than in the densely packed, bustling tourist center. Other features worth mentioning: – amazing, generous buffet breakfast each morning – gorgeous swimming pool area with stunning mountain/sea views (great when it's too windy at the beach) –sparkling clean rooms with every amenity you could want – on-site restaurant with service at pool or beachfront –high-quality snorkeling gear and beach towels available to borrow – fully-equipped Yoga studio –beautiful and well-maintained grounds: enclosed Bedouin fire pit with cushioned lounge area, many little chill-out spaces around the property to relax, set up with cushions/low tables. – any excursion or even multi-day trips can be easily arranged. Staff was amazingly helpful in setting things up for me at good prices. – I was able to store luggage there while I visited other places in Sinai and during a side trip to Jordan – so helpful and so appreciated. It was a perfect base from which to explore the area. Love this place, love these people....you will too!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Bedouin Moon Hotel in Dahab. What really makes this place special is its unique location—right between the promenade (Almamsha) and the Blue Hole, which gives you the privilege of enjoying both sunrise over the sea and sunset over the mountains from the same spot. The views are honestly incredible. Our room was lovely, the pool was perfect, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Abdelrazek for his help and to Moussa, the taxi driver, who made everything easy for us. Highly recommended—if you stay here, you’ll understand why it’s such a special place.

It's a beautiful hotel situated just outside of town. You can walk to the Lighthouse area in about 20 minutes or hire a bike for ease. The hotel has a beautiful pool with an attendant that maintains it's upkeep to the highest standard. The food from the restaurant is great, and the workers are all very cordial and professional. I stayed in the superior queen room for 2 weeks. The room was cleaned every day. It's a beautiful room and the bed is excellent. The reef outside the front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. You don't need to scuba dive with access to such lovely reefs. The beach loungers are very nice. The beach is private and quiet. Overall, it is a marvelous hotel at great value. Lovely, full-service hotel on the beach in Dahab. Beautiful property, wonderful staff, right in front of the mountains with gorgeous views. Really nice atmosphere with many places set up for relaxation and privacy. Amazing pool area and a Bedouin fire pit area, lounges and cushions on the beach. Snorkeling equipment available to use, yoga studio, restaurant, fantastic breakfast -- really everything you need. Dahab city center is an easy 15 minute walk, but it's nice to have an escape from the busy tourist area and noise. Excursions for snorkeling, Sinai hikes, desert trips can all be easily arranged. A perfect base for a visit to Dahab!

An amazing place to relax while exploring Dahab and the South Sinai. Every amenity you could possibly wish for and the most gracious, generous service from the wonderful staff – nothing is too much trouble. Breathtaking natural setting all around you, directly across from the sea with private beach, right at the base of the mountains and the trail everyone climbs to watch the sunrise/sunset. Just outside Dabah town center, it's an easy 15 minute walk along the beach or road (perfectly safe at night as a solo female). I appreciated being a bit removed from the noise and crowds of the busy center and was always happy to return back here to the more peaceful atmosphere and open space, more surrounded by nature. – Fantastic breakfast buffet! A lovely feast each morning, all freshly prepared, everything you could want, generously served, good coffee. Seaside or on the beach if you'd like. – Gorgeous pool with sea and mountain views; lounges, umbrellas, towel service. Nice to have for those days when the beach in Dahab is too windy. Snorkeling equipment you can borrow from here and bring to the beach. – Fully equipped yoga studio: spacious room with mats/props, open to use anytime on your own, classes offered daily. – Spotlessly clean, comfortable, well-appointed rooms; fridge/kettle, ac/heat, tv, furnished balcony, gorgeous views. Daily housekeeping service by the exceptionally kind and hardworking team of Mohamed and Ashraf. –– Lunch/dinner/drinks available to order throughout the day, a really nice convenience. –– Excellent assistance planning excursions/activities in the surrounding area (thank you to Tharwat) Anything can be arranged and adapted to your schedule/needs, reasonable prices, airport transfers. –– Lovely cushioned "chill-out" areas throughout property, enclosed fire pit area, lounges/cushions on private beach. So peaceful. Lovely pool and amazing snorkelling right opposite hotel (high tide better). Easy to get into the main part of Dahab. Great room for our family and staff generally super helpful. We all had a great time and felt like we had a bit of an adventure compared with being in Sharm..

Trips/taxis arranged through the hotel felt overpriced. A couple of unwelcome comments from male staff (you're beautiful etc) made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Everything & Everyone After trying many hotels in Dahab, this is literally the BEST hotel in Dahab. Starting from the reception & the hospitality of Mr Nasr, Mr Mostafa, & Mr Mohamed & how they helped in everything, passing by Ahmed in the house keeping who was gladly & politely helping without even asking and Mansy in their opposite restaurant "Zowada" that is on the sea.. I hope i didn't forget anyone :) Also, the pool is very nice, & the road up looks splendid, especially at night. Take care, the sea is rocky, you must have your shoes ! Another option (which I think is a must) is to go to the Lagona. However, it's a wonderful thing to wake up on the sea view from your room. 😍 This is 100% our future stay in Dahab isa:)

I feel so lucky to have stayed at this hotel. I’ve spent half a month here, and honestly, I still don’t feel like I’ve had enough! The owner and all the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and dedicated to their work. Everything about the hotel is wonderful – the atmosphere is peaceful, the view is beautiful, and the whole place is very well maintained. The breakfast is also absolutely amazing. I’m deeply grateful to everyone here for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back to stay again the next time I’m in Dahab!
