The place seems private (just what I want in a place). They have a garage and for that amount it’s spacious and they have a table too, which is perfect for my working while traveling set up. It’s a very minimalist room, just what I really need- a wifi, a bed and a good space that I can still do my stretching and morning yoga. Their Wi-Fi is 100% good. I even browse for Netflix shows on their TV, though I don’t dwell on it since on my mind, I don’t go to Naga to watch Netflix or TV, so I’m just gonna enjoy the place and the food. Breakfast is hot and is a typical breakfast for a Filipino (they served me cornsilog and hotsilog with instant coffee). They serve it as exactly 7:30 AM. They are also giving 2 breakfasts since the free breakfast is good for 2 says the caretaker, but I told him that I can’t eat the 2 meals and only ask for 1. The best thing about this Inn is its location since its located at Naga Centro. You are just a walk away if you want to eat, go to church, go to the park, go to the market and enjoy the centro feels.

As to the amenities, they provide a soap and a towel. I’m looking for a tissue or an alcohol, but I think they don’t have one. It’s okay though since I have a backed up toiletries on my own. The shower is clean and there is a heater in case you want a hot bath. My problem though is the bed. It’s not that comfortable maybe because of the quality of the beddings, but overall 2 people can use that bed, it means that it’s a big one for 1 person like me so, space-wise it’s good.

The room and place is affordable quiet and safe.. it is near the city proper so it is actually walking distance to near restaurant's and supermarket's. It is relaxing with cool AC, wifii connection and netflix. They also serve free good breakfast and the staffs were kind and approachable.

I like Citi Inn, so I would just suggest for improvements. :) The room must have floor hanger storage or stainless hook door for clothes, so we can also hang wet towels. The toilet needs some renovation specially on the flooring - it gets flooded every time we took a bath.

So many things!!! - They were so accommodating! Extra towel, blanket, all ready upon request. - They gave us lovely home-cooked meals and even had an extra lunch one day and a soup on the other. Both were delicious despite being free and the portions are for people who are calorie-conscious. (We're not though, so bitin kami haha) You can feel the love in the meals they prepared. - Room was freezing cold and we loved it! - WiFi was strong even with some minimal downtime - There's a generator in the event of a power outage - Bathroom was clean, which I love. - Sheets were clean as well. - Both staff and owner are hospitable. I love their smiles. - Owner is always communicating, which I love. And so respectful. I highly recommend!

For an objective review, I have to give a helpful feedback, so here are some: - I think the management needs to invest in a better remote control. We had a hard time navigating through the channels because the mouse mode was not user-friendly. - The shower heater was actually lovely, but it's hard to figure out the right temperature, for it to work, I had to turn on the heater and turn it off again when it gets hot, this is despite me using the lowest temperature available. Not sure what's causing that. But still, I love any bathroom with a heater 😻😻😻 - There's some areas in both the bedroom and the bathroom with water damage with molds on the walls, so that might need some repairing for health and safety purposes.

I miss the breakfast because I am in the wrong date which was my fault. But, still they accommodate me.

Location. It's close to the central area so transportation wasnt a problem even at night. Relatively quiet and private place. I also like the hot shower and how clean everything was. There was bad weather during our stay and it was really cold so the hot shower really made the room. Thank you 💗

The bed linens were too thin and it smelled like it wasn't dried properly (kulob). I think it was because it was raining a lot the week during our stay and i kind of understand that. Also the remote for the netflix was hard to use hehe..

Central location with very helpful staff. Strong wifi connection. Sure I will come back.
