Great hotel. Convenient parking. Most of all super friendly team.

While there was no noise from outside, really good noise reduction windows etc, The AC did not work or maybe because it was still march it was not switched on. The result was that the room was very warm. If you open the window you hear the street as it was only 10 meters away. The Internet speed should be improved, I had work and the speed of the free internet was really slow. It is 2024 and there should be no petty charge like 7 Euros for faster internet.

The hotel location is the best. The room is very good. The hotel's condition and facility are very good. Value for money and suitable for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended for everyone.

The breakfast variety is limited. The housekeeping is fair, no refilled soap, changed only towel, and no changes of blanket and pillow. The room's window curtain needs to be closed if privacy is needed. Since the hotel is only 3 stories.

This hotel has great onsite parking and is adjacent to a pedestrian bridge into the old town area of Schwabisch Hall. The exterior is not very attractive, but the interior was clean and comfortable. There was an elevator to reach our room. The bathroom was modern with a large shower. There were plenty of electrical outlets available. We weren't interested in a large breakfast, but we peeked into the breakfast room and it appeared to be a very nice offering.

Check-in and check-out were very smooth, responsive, and polite employees (Especially the night of check-in there was a very helpful, cheerful, employee at the front desk, unfortunately, I forgot to ask her about her name to mention her). The bathroom and bedroom were clean, tidy and spacious with a fridge, and the room view was great, the air conditioning was great and needed in hot summer. the location was great near everything in the city center. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of varieties.

Two medium-sized spiders were found inside the room, but I think this is normal in Schwabach hall due to spiders being everywhere :P

Great staff, great location, great room with balcony overlooking the river and the old town. Parking right in front of the hotel for E5.

2 out of the 3 reception staff were not exactly warm and welcoming As is mostly the case with underground parking, you need your checked-in key to be able to access the elevator in :/

lovely staff, all of them, friendly and helpful and genuinly interested in making your hotel experience as good as it can be. kudos to all the staff there!

the only thing I was a little disappointed by was the lack of a minibar/fridge in the room, however, there was no issue at all to keep some personal drinks cold in the bar fridge near the reception downstairs.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre, but still, it has ample parking. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and ready to help. The town worth visiting - small but beautiful

The hotel is located near the center. You will need to cross the bridge and you will get the historical center. The hotel has a park with a video camera. The staff is very friendly. The room was good.
