After all reviews our expectations were very low, but the showers, toilets, sheets were clean, room was small but had working ac and sink with mirror. Location was fine. We went for afterlife event so main. Thing was to get rest well.

Stuff doesn’t speak English. Sound proof is bad. You hear all the noises from other room and banging door in the corridor.

I was given the disabled room on the ground floor ( have mobility problems and walk with one crutch)

there was no soap or towel to use after using the toilet

Very basic but reasonably clean and rather quiet accomodation within walking distance of Orange city center. Newly renovated hence nice, bright rooms. With shared facilities, however, a lot also depends on the fellow guest which were very correct in our case. Staff is very friendly.

The breakfast was nice, but no cheese...

Nothing special, just: no staff Sa afternoon, so I couldn't leave my baggages at a portery after the hour of depart from the room, while waiting for the bus.

Late arrival: Self checkin didn’t work, phone also not - ibis hotel (same company) next door could do the checkin

the shared bathroom and toilets, but I guess that’s what you get for the fair price range

nicely renovated. i lo e the concept of having the immaculate showers and toilets outside. compared to those tiny french showers with curtains that stick to your butt..
