I was extremely impressed by the level of service and care provided by the staff, that made me feel truly valued as a guest. What stood out the most was the incredible attention to detail and staff members who remembered my preferences and met all my requests with great efficiency. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s gym, which was spacious, well-equipped and maintained to the highest standards. The morning yoga classes and massages were extremely good too. I particularly enjoyed eating at Aqua and Rice Market, which both offered beautifully presented and delicious dishes.

New, clean, we stayed in a two bedroom beach villa which was huge and had a lovely view of the ocean. Some of the terrace pool villas are just behind so given the difference in price and depending on size of your family I would be tempted with one of those too although you get a private butler with the beach villa who was excellent!

New. Great kids club and activities for kids. Nice gym and lots of classes / things to do during the day if you get bored sitting on the beach. Pho Quoc itself doesn’t have loads to do and the hotel only has a couple of restaurants (they do hold special themed evenings / we had omakase at their high end restaurant Oku) so my recommendation is for a stay of a week / this is the perfect amount of time there.

Daily activities alot but many are limited slots, i couldnt enjoy doing the activities i wanted during my stay as many were fully booked. I suggest to allow guest to book in advance before their stay to enjoy the activities. Hotel breakfast buffet alot of variety but abit too much korean influence which i find odd. Lack of local cuisine to endulge on.

The Regent was definitely the highlight of our holiday in Vietnam. The hotel is incredible and we didn’t want to leave. We had a sea view room which overlooked the resort and was huge. We enjoyed some meditation in the morning and lounged by the many pools. The attention to detail here is second to none and it is definitely the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed at. We would definitely come back here. The staff also helped me organise a surprise sunset dinner on the beach for my wife which is something we will never forget. I strongly recommend staying here as you will have the best time.

We stayed at the Regent Hotel in Phu Quoc for our honeymoon, and it truly made our stay unforgettable. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel special, and the attention to detail was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room and bathroom were simply stunning—spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. We also had the pleasure of spending time by the pool and the beach, both of which were immaculately clean and offered a perfect place to relax. I treated myself to a massage and facial at the spa, and the experience was wonderful. When I arrived, all the facial appointments had already been booked, but the hotel kindly opened up the spa an hour earlier just for me, which was above and beyond. The General Manager also made a point to walk around during breakfast and chat with guests, which added a personal and welcoming touch to the experience. The location is a bit further from the main town, but it wasn't a problem for us as we were happy to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning resort facilities. I would highly recommend the Regent Hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc – it’s truly a special place, and we can’t wait to return!

Genuinely can't think of anything!

The Regent impressed us with its top-notch service and the incredible attentiveness of the staff. Even when something unexpected happened, the staff immediately found the perfect solution. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, and the cuisine is beyond praise — even vegans will find amazingly delicious options. The hotel offers plenty of entertainment, a perfect beachfront, and excellent pools!

Our favourite resort we have been to. The service, amenities and the room was very well thought out. The list of available amenities as well as things to borrow was endless. Communication via WhatsApp made everything very easy for whatever we needed. There was no shortage of pools and areas to relax. The buffet was incredible, had the best warm mini croissants! And I could eat the noodle soups everyday! We also went on the resort catamaran which was an amazing experience. The bed was extremely comfortable. The decor and bathroom was also perfect. We did not want to leave!

Only thing would be we wished there was a better spot we could have snorkelled around when we were on the catamaran.

The location, the design, the comfort, the staff, the service...everything was just excellent, especially the staff. They were all well trained and their PR was superb. There was one night we were having dinner at Ocean Club and the kids at the next table were really noisy. We didn't complain but the staff were so apologetic that one of the staff escorted us to Jade Bar for complimentary drinks on the house after our meal. And when we got back to our room, we had a special plate of dessert waiting for us with an apology note. Regent really trained all their staff well, from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, the staff at the pool, beach, gym, housekeeping and the chefs...they were all so friendly and attentive. Excellent!

all drinks and snacks in the mini bar are complimentary, sublimed our living experience and feel very welcomed. Also the staff willingness and competant to help booking and communicating with reataurants outside hotel gave me very warm feeling and happiness. The bed facing a big balcony and the sea feel very comfortable

The friut in room although refilled everyday but those not eaten were not replaced through out stay and the friut became not fresh enough.

Where do I start? This hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The details. The choices. The staff. The quality. The cushions. The breakfast. Soon as I checked in I knew I would need more than 4days here. Worth every single penny!!!!! I could go on and on about how amazing this place was!!!! Please book go on the sunset cruise! It’s 10/10
