The hotel was very cheap but it's almost complete with what I need. We have booked a hotel for the same price in another town and it's not comparable at all. It's at the center of everything. The staffs are very friendly and there's always one available.

The toiletries are incomplete. We don't have shampoo and toothpaste. We were only given 2 soaps within our 3 nights stay in the hotel. When we asked for the housekeeping after our 2nd day. I was expecting new towels but they weren't replaced. It's also a plus factor if there's hot and cold shower. Although the shower was not cold nor hot, so it's still fine with me. I was also expecting a view from the window but there's none.

It was the table on the Family room that was much needed for those who bring work with them on their travels. Though there's no internet on the fifth floor where we stayed, they have tables on the lobby area with socket.

It was the internet connection on the fifth floor that was a downside for me. Even though there is a strong signal of Wifi on each floor (they have different wifi router on each floor) yet the wifi on our floor where we stayed doesn't have internet connection.

Rooms were very comfortable. Clean towels provided as well as toiletries except for toothbrush and toothpaste. It's very close to Roberto's, Merczi, and other famous restaurants. Walking distance to Esplanade and other hotels. Very happy with the space and the rates we got.

At first hard to locate. But once we got there we were able to familiarize ourselves with the street and landmarks and were able to get around easily via public transport.

I like how clean the room is. The water flow is good and the staffs were friendly.

I didn't like how small the portion of our breakfast is. Though it is only a bonus for our stay but at least you should have an available food for us to buy in addition to our free breakfast.

The location is very accessible and in the center of Iloilo.The staffs are very approchable and helpful.The room is spacious and also the bathroom as well.The bathmat is new,and the linens smell newly washed.

The wifi is not working. There is also no telephone in the room. Lack of amenities inside the bathroom like shampoo, toothbrush (they only provided soap).

Comfy bed, spacious room, and even a hair dryer - all included for a very good price. Other hotels i looked into cost more and offered less than what The New View offered. Lots of stores nearby which makes the location convenient.

Water heater wasnt working.

For the price, it exceeded the expectation. Rooms were big and clean. location was also great, close to Roberto, parola port going to guimaras and fishport complex for seafood dampa. hotel is along calle real.

Wifi is not working

There is an elevator for my elderly mom who was with me. There is always a person in the concierge whenever I pass by it.

The name new view gave me an impression that there's a view from our room. But the windows were soldered and cannot be opened.

The room size is cozy and clean.

Waiting for 2pm check in though the room is already ready. The facade of the hotel needs a major face-lift. It's less appealing. Hope soap and shampoo should not be in dispenser

the place is very clean, spacious and didn't expect that the room looks so good as it was in the picture. the place is safe, accessible and right at the city center.

parking is a little bit unsafe coz you park at the street side but thankfully nothing happens to my car.
