I loved everything !! I am very picky on where I stay everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. This Hotel is so beautiful, the artwork on the walls are so beautiful . This hotel gives you a comfort feeling of home away from home the beds are so soft I didn’t want to get up lol. The cleanliness was immaculate, the staff is amazing and the front desk clerk was so welcoming and made me feel like family. I believe her name is Melinda the other front desk clerk was nice as well I didn’t catch her name because we only spoke briefly she was amazing as well. I had a chance to me one other staff her name is Margret such a beautiful soul. Will be back a thousand times more . I just want to thank all staff again for the beautiful weekend experience .

The area lacks nice hotels. This hotel was quiet and cozy. Offered a continental breakfast and clean rooms. Ample parking which was free. I also noticed EV chargers which were not available in this area previously. The staff were very nice as well. Highly recommended hotel.

Overall design and aesthetic was beautiful I work for Accor so i wanted to stay somewhere that fit my liking and standards it was perfect ! The art work was phenomenal my favorite part

Gym was meh .. thought since everything was nice th e gym would have been better the hours of the restaurant was weird either just opened or closed wanted to try . Wish there was a pool courtyard was big with nothing in it

Derrick was superb! He was very attentive to my family’s need and followed up every time he saw me by asking if there was anything he could assist me with. He is the epitome of excellent service in hospitality. Truly made our stay enjoyable!

No pool

Bonnie was awesome at check in. Very professional, very friendly, made sure we understood everything. Staff at Bistro was equally awesome. We got there right before closing and they were more than willing to make sure we got seated and took our order and never once rushed us.

Size of room, food at restaurant was amazing, bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing.

We went for Art Fields and the hotel was in a perfect location for walking to the venues. The hotel was beautiful, and very clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing negative about the hotel. The elevator was a bit slow, but not really a concern.

Nice unique artwork throughout this historical building. Clean in all areas. Nice bar for watching Saturday night Football with great staff.

Bathroom door needs a little oil. The door was a little squeaky in the. Idle of the night. Not a big deal.

Lake.City is, to.the foreigner, a bit of a surprise, an artistic hub in deepest SC. Super. The hotel is very smart and has great artwork in the public areas. The rooms leave nothing to be desired - big.comfortable, good heating, and excellent shower. Unadvertised continental.breakfast thrown in. Easy unloading and parking.

Cleanness of the hotel.

Room did not provide a microwave as I'm accustomed to having when staying at a facility of this caliber. Also, the breakfast could be tweaked. Lastly, the door to the bath had an awful squeak.

location, service and ARTWORK all great. only negative was experience at restaurant. food was good. server was great. hostest initial response to my wife and I sitting outside - I have cancer and am not allowed to eat inside, which I explained.- was very terse and not accommodating. turns out just an issue of cleaning a table. Hostest got flat footed and just didn't know how to respond graciously.
