Didn't get breakfast, location was good, room was good and updated. It was clean and comfortable with modern amenities except no microwave. Bathroom was acceptable but not high end finishes - which was no issue for me. Easy on and off 95 with a lot of restaurants and gas station options within 5 minutes or less.

The staff was excellent and the facility was clean and comfortable.

The room had electrical issues such as faulty wall sockets, what appeared to be use of lots of exterior cables and wiring; and an unplugged refrigerator. In order to get the refrigerator to work I had to unplug a lamp.

We repaid for breakfast, but nobody was attending the cafe to serve us. We finally had to leave and asked that our bill be created for the breakfast not being available.

Breakfast not available due to staff did not show up as per the front desk.

Rooms are large & bedding is comfortable. Front desk staff are very nice.

Showers are still tubs with curtains. Dangerous to get in, & curtains are not hygienic in this day. As a Bonvoy member there was no complementary breakfast (even something cold to go). This is a 95 road stop - a continental breakfast should be included for the price.

This was a great hotel for the price available. Location is just off I-95 and right acrosss the street from multiple food options and the mall in Florence. Check in process was smooth and the hotel staff was coutreous and professional. I choose this hotel over others because the service is unbeatable.

Staff was amazing especially housekeeping & the morning bistro staff. Location was good, close to everything.

The room was a bit stuffy if you didn’t keep the air on 60, the rooms are really dark, plumbing in the sink was backed up and the hot tub was taken out.

The cleanliness is always a stand out. I have never had an issue with any type of insects or bugs. It feels like a vacation.

I didn't expect such a rate hike from the last time I stayed in September until this last one.

I had to change rooms because my room wasn’t clean and the next room my bathtub wasn’t clean it had a ring around it.

Staff was the best ever.

I booked this place because it showed a hot tub and also an outdoor fire pit. The hot tub was filled in with concrete, and there wasn't an outdoor fire pit.
