The lady bartender on Saturday night (I can't remember her name), was the epitome of southern hospitality! She was attentive, warm and friendly. She did a great job in preparing a Long Island Iced Tea for my husband and a signature cocktail for me. She was the star of Hyatt Place!

We went down to breakfast 5 minutes after the buffet was open and the scrambled eggs were cold and watery. There were no napkins at the food stations and the food attendant who was being overworked in running both the front desk and the buffet area could only provide hard paper from a paper roll for napkins.

Awesome location, central to shops some restaurants..good areas to walk to. Good parking. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The shower didn't have a lot of water pressure at all. Also, it didn't seem like our bathroom fan was working. We were also surprised (and some of the other guests were from what we heard) that for breakfast, there were no scrambled eggs, just some hard-boiled eggs. There were no waffle makers. It seemed like the breakfast offerings were just a little light or different.

I loved the location of the hotel. It’s right in the middle of downtown and you can walk to nice restaurants and shops in the area.

Parking is pretty far from the hotel but being that it’s downtown I guess that was the only option. There was also some rust spots in the bathroom and the shower was outdated . If you’re not particular about things like that you’ll be fine . I still really enjoyed it and I’m a picky person .

Housekeeper was very nice and when I had the do not disturb sign on it was very nice that no one came and knocked on the door and no one gave me a wake up call to tell me that I had to leave at 12:00 because I already know that

There was blood on the elevator I don't know if there's a night housekeeper but it would be nice to have somebody on call to be able to clean that up

Zero complaints with this hotel. I was only in town for two days for my son’s wrestling tournament. I had read several reviews with other hotels, decided I would go with the Hyatt and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was awesome so many options and delicious as well. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Comfy, clean and I was on the 5th floor so I had a nice view. I will stay here again if I am ever this way.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt. The staff were friendly. The bar was everything. The bartender and cook were the best. The lemon pepper wings were to die for! The room were very clean.

The parking lot was not next to building and I had to walk up the street to get to my car. The continental breakfast was ok but I was expecting more because of the pictures.

Location was EXCELLENT near McLeod Regional Maedical Center were I had my Procedure. Did not get to try the cafe or the Breakfast as I was doing a Colonoscopy Prep night of stay and recovery morning of check out

Refrigerator was turnrd off on our arrival. NEEDS notice to customer that Fridge is OFF and Instructions on how to turn ON and location of ON/OFF, Tempurature adjustment

It has a Starbucks and a huge second floor balcony sitting area. We loved the breakfast and we loved the aesthetic and atmosphere.

It has a bar. But we didn’t get to experience the bar. It closed at 3 pm on a Thursday. Which is fine. There was a great Mexican place nearby. 10/10 recommend the hotel and Mexican place.

Very clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful and courteous, especially the receptionist she was very kind and took her time explaining things. My family also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was great, and the fitness facilities were clean.

Nothing. I believe it's a great hotel.

The beautiful downtown location offer convenience at your fingertips. The local businesses around offer all you could need while you are enjoying your stay. The property is meticulously well maintained. The rooms are exceptionally comforting.

The price ? LOL. That’s honestly it.
