The location was perfect for quick access to the races the room was spacious.

The room wasn't clean at all. I hit up the local Walmart for Clorox wipes to wipe it down before the kiddos came in. The a/c had an entire soda dried to the front of it and the carpet was sticky. The pull out bed was rusted and stained so we used the mat they had placed in the window as a bed for our youngest instead because I could wipe it down.

Pet friendly all the way....breakfast was fresh items and plenty of each item..front desk was great..friendly..efficient...property was immaculate..lobby very clean..parking space availabilities plenty of room for all and more..no riff raff hanging out anywhere..very safe..plenty of choices for food dine in or out in area as well as shopping for your mini frig in room..I will use them every trip I make to NY from Florida and return trip..

I didn't like that the carpet was not vacuumed, and appeared dirty. I didn't like the square footage or the design of the room. Nor did I like that the toilet was not brushed out from remnants. I believe their hotel can do some professional renovations. There is rust, old age that appears. Also the outside of the building appears to be unkept. I didn't like hearing a dog in the building. It should express that the hotel is "Pet friendly."

everything was really great, the staff was very friendly, the proximity to the 95 and local eats was perfect for our quick stay. room was cozy, beds were so comfortable and clean. bathrooms were clean. the stay was quiet. all around great.

the carpets and upholstery on seats and couch was kinda gross when we pulled the bed out of the couch is was really gross and hadn't been moved and clean in a long while.

Room was quiet, clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was small, but nicely updated (could use a nicer shower head). We had a king suite, and it had a nice desk, window seat and sofa, plus fridge, microwave and safe.

Only negatives were that front desk staff was not at all friendly, and the breakfast was quite skimpy (Fruit Loops and Raisen Bran, bread for toast, mini-muffins, instant oatmeal). The photo made the breakfast bar look big, but it's not. No waffle maker, eggs, yogurt, or fruit (there was 1 apple left in a basket at 8am). But, I would stay here again because it's still a good deal for the price.

The price was good, the bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and the shower water pressure was really good.

The elevator wasn't working and the waffle maker wasn't working. The address was on the hotel but I never saw the hotel name. They do allow pets and 1 dog was barking in the morning.

Location and the room provided what I needed. I understand a place needing to have a bit of maintenance, so I overlook the small things. Everything of importance was just fine. I was comfortable and safe. All is well.

I had to clean the toilet seat off, and I saw a few ants.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Room was quiet and basics were supplied. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Difficult to use the TV. Had to get desk to assist. Very limited selections and no networks for local news. Breakfast was sufficient, but it is continental or limited.

Now for house keeping, that's another story. Knocking on door at 10:30 am. Comes back 10 minutes later. Than came back again. Knocking on door for about 2 minutes. This guys was like a pain in my ass. Plus I am disabled. I can't move to fast. Plus I was having issues that morning. Guy Knocking on door saying house keeping. That was not making things better.
