The room seemed to be newly remodeled. The mattresses were wonderful. The closet area did not have a place to HANG anything. The sink was very nice, but I do not think a child could use it ~~ too high.

The property looked uninhabited when we pulled in, as in looked closed. NO CARS in the front of the building. It seemed to as it was being remodeled. Strange. Our room was around back on the upper level. We rode around the block trying to find the property.................sign sort of Not Noticeable. It served the purpose to get a good nights sleep after a 10 hour ride.

Beds were super comfortable. And king suite was huge.

Room wasn't cleaned very well . My socks were filthy just walking across the room. The just remodeled and however they had doing the work was doing an awful job. Half the lights didn't either work or were missing all the bulbs. Had a brand new light up mirror outside one bathroom that wouldn't work at all. But if they fix the Pool and a few of these pther things along with giving a Real Breakfast. They would have a very nice hotel . Also they were supposed to have continental breakfast included in my price but they said no one ever delivered them. Shouldn't I get a comp or something. With pool out of order no breakfast. But it was a very nice stay. The Staff were TOP NOTCH !

Room rate was okay.

The lock on the door was broken, tissue was in the peep hole in the door, the cover was stained, and the TV wouldn’t connect to wifi. There were people outside all night yelling and being a disturbance.

the beds were so comfy. convenient location, good price

still under construction in some parts but that’s understandable! the pool should be open soon!

I had a problem w the electricity in my first room and then the second room my key didn’t work had to wait on another key

Beautifully updated rooms, tons of space!

No skillets in kitchenette (I assume recurring thefts made it untenable, but we were there in a hurricane and couldn’t buy one from a store in time)

We always eat at a restaurant so didn’t use breakfast option

Tv was not accessible. Evidently there may have been connection issues because of remodeling.

The customer service was good.

The bathroom tub was not the best of cleanliness.

The suite was nice and clean.

The microwave did not work and I had to go to the lobby to warm my food.
