The front desk clerk was very nice.

I booked through booking.com and I prepaid and after I checked in and went upstairs I saw that I had been charged again for the same room. When I went down to ask the desk clerk about it she goes oh I'll refund you one. But as of right now I still don't have any money back in my account and they charged me more at the premises than I paid at booking.com and they credited me with the booking.com instead of the one that they charged me. I hope that makes sense. I was a bit perturbed but I was so tired that I really didn't have the energy to pursue it further. I really feel that they probably should have refunded me the one they charged at the time of check-in.

We like La Quinta in general when we travel. This location was good value, the bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Two minor complaints which we told the front desk about when we were checking out. One, we could not find the TV remote this wasn’t a big issue, because we checked in very late and we’re tired from a long drive. But still, it would’ve been nice if we could’ve put on the news in the morning while we were getting ready to check out and just catch up on the news, but alas, we could not. Two, the phone didn’t work. My wife picked up the phone and there was no dialtone. We pushed a couple of buttons to see if we could get one, but we could not. As we were checking out, we mentioned this to the front desk and asked if there should’ve been a dial tone and they said yes. It was my understanding that the front desk wrote down both of these concerns and would get them addressed. Figured I’d mention it here cause we reported these things.

Not really anything to dislike about the property other than the two minor complaints I mentioned above

Liked being able to take the dog & loved the hotel location right off Interstate

Breakfast could have been better compared to other hotels that I have stayed that served breakfast; didn’t have a lot of juice choices; only two orange & apple; not very good fruit selections at all only apples no bananas or oranges and no breakfast pastries which most hotels have some kind with breakfast; I don’t drink coffee but I do drink tea; only had Lipton decaf & regular which is ok but it would have been nice to have tea option like English or black tea.

This was a great stop for the first leg of our road trip, i love this brand of hotel for their reasonable dog policy/surcharge, it makes travelling with a dog so much easier. I can't believe that some hotels charge so much that it practically doubles the price of their rooms (Hiltons), and this hotel was equally as good. This was the first La Quinta we had stayed in and I was so impressed with the reasonable dog surcharge and facilities that I will likely make this my first choice in the future and used them for the rest of my trip. The receptionist was wonderful, despite being so very busy, running about and trying to deal with a power outage, she took time to speak with us about local amenities and was very helpful and kind, I wish I had got her name.

My only tiny gripe was that my husband was hoping for bacon for breakfast and there wasn't any, so I had to suffer his moaning, but I really enjoyed the Sausage gravy and biscuits that were on offer and my daughter had waffles, so she was happy.

The scrambled eggs are excellent, but I was a little dissapointed that there were no sausage patties, which I thought were available the last time we were there. They did have sausage gravy and biscuits but I'm not a fan of them. Overall there was a very nice selection and everything was very clean and the breakfast staff were very friendly.

The coffee was delicious but the juices could use an upgrade, A little watery.

Everything, for the most part was terrific. Just a couple exceptions easily corrected.

The room hadn't been totally cleaned. The bedding was freshly laundered, and the bed was comfortable. The floor was dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. The shower had not been cleaned. There was soap residue and "body" hair, if you know what I mean. By no means should this deter anyone from staying here. It is really a great facility with great front desk staff.

Easy check in. Told the front desk we needed bedding for the pull out and extra towels and she had them to our room before we could park and walk up to our room. We did the family suite and it was perfect space after an all day car ride. My son had room to play and we had room to relax. Air conditioning was great and shower was hot. Tons of food options near by. Great stay for our halfway stop from NJ to FL.

The location was good. I did not get an opportunity to try The breakfast, but I’m quite sure it was good overall I enjoyed my stay. I’ve been there a couple times before when I travel through that area I’ll make it a point to stop and spend a night or two there.

The weather at the time I was there🙂 I know you don’t have any control over that overall I have no complaints about the place

My wife and I had the king suite. It was a huge room..Very nice bathroom, plenty of space throughout the entire room. All amenities worked, good water pressure from the shower and the Continental breakfast was on point.

One staff member would not give me ONE towel off her cart during my second night of staying. I had to go downstairs and no towels were available so we had to wait about an hour for fresh towels. This was around check out for most people so I guess the hotel ran short on towels.

The front desk staff Ladies from this past weekend of March 21-23, 2025 were absolutely amazing and awesome.. They definitely understood the assignment of accommodating their guests.. Pleasant friendly and very welcoming.. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The little lady in the breakfast area could be a just little more welcoming..
