We loved this hotel and the staff here was amazing 10/10 and we stay in lots of hotels and resorts pretty frequently this hotel and staff was excellent I wish I got the name of the girl working the front desk who went out of her way to get my son a deodorant and when she couldn’t find one she continued to look until she located one and then made it a point to find my son at breakfast to tell him she found the deodorant for him.. Amazing customer service she was so friendly everyone at this hotel was and greeted us with smiles the breakfast area was very clean and well kept.. We were staying here traveling back home from NJ on the way up my son and I stayed in the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Florence and the staff was rude the hotel was dirty and the Spa was broken and covered with a table and chairs and a rug the pool Was filled with green and dirty and disgusting the halls and walls were filthy 1/10 for that place do not stay there definitely stay here instead!

It was clean and the location was great and it was also comfortable.

Some of the register staff could use being a little courteous taking the fact that people pay to stay here we don't stay there for free. The best staff were the breakfast ladies. They were professional and courteous.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was fine. Very typical for a hotel buffet.

The pet fee was exorbitant. I feel like an idiot paying $75 for my well-trained dog. It should be more like a security deposit that is returned when no damage is found.

We were assigned a ♿️. It was nice and spacious with a desk and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. We liked that it was a walk-in shower. The home baked cookies were great. Yhe amenities were in large refillable bottles. ⁹

The staff was very courteous and respectful. It was clean. Breakfast was good and the wait staff were exceptional.

The first day we didn’t get clean towels or garbage’s emptied.

There’s a Starbucks right in front of the hotel. The ladies who made breakfast are the best. The room was clean. Good shower. Nice beds. Free breakfast!

Great staff Room was nice and it was convenient to I 95 , Plenty of nearby restaurants and gas stations .

They still have not taking the pending charges off my credit card. The price was a little high with the $75 dog fee

the employees working in the breakfast area were very polite, had refills on food breakfast items so quickly. It was a nice cozy atmosphere. Will refer others to take advantage of this and book there.

Would stay again! So clean, and convenient, and everyone was so nice and helpful. Safe and has a great location to the interstate. Beautiful rooms and lobby. Breakfast was wonderful.
