All good

Worker opened the door and walked in our room before I could answer it. He said he thought he left something in there when cleaning.

Staff were accommodating and super friendly. Christina at the front desk when I checked in was extremely nice and helped me with an earlier check-in when I was exhausted. Room was very clean and had everything you need to get a good night's rest.

Only issue I had was that there was "trash" on the walkway to my room. There was hotel soap and hangers just left on the ground. Not very sightly when everything else was great.

It was in a quiet area but near plenty of food and shopping. We were traveling so the fact that it was right off the highway made it even better.

It could have better breakfast options. It was basically continental with the option of a hot Belgian waffle. We still had to go out for breakfast but my family is very particular as well. The beds were kinda small as well. They are true double beds.

The convenience of scheduling and price for such short notice. The staff was friendly and understanding. The area was ok. Not a lot of noise or disturbance. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was trash on the floor like it wasn't swept. Dust ruffles on the bed were stained with food stains.

We did not try breakfast. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable

The dripping water in the tub. The floor was wet, maybe from the rain. I was told by the front desk the water may have leaked through the door. It was dangerous for walking. May spouse uses a cane and almost slipped twice.

The front desk manager that was working the evening shift, I believe her name is Lynna. This lady was helpful and very receptive. I appreciate her thoughtfulness. It's not funny being in town dealing with hospice issues. Please thank Lynna for us. We'll for sure be back.

No complaints

The lady at the desk was really helpful when I had an issue with the 1 out of the 2 rooms i rented. The one room smelled really strong pf weed. She quickly took care of this issue and switched our room immediately.

That one of the rooms smelled really bad of weed.

Night audit staff member was awesome on Friday, June 20 to Saturday, June 21. My mother in law checked in with our son at 2am and she was bubbly and made her feel comfortable checking in to your establishment so late.

Staff was kinda rude tell me she couldn't rent to locals anymore after my stay but I see 6 or 7 people that are locals that are still renting rooms I don't know okay

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was nice and clean.

Window didn't open.3rd floor elevator extremely hot while waiting. Working soda machines. Coffee in room would be nice.
