The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. I liked that they had tea in the rooms, I don't drink coffee. The room was updated, clean and large. Price was reasonable. Had an outside pool but, was cold.

The breakfast was okay but, really needed eggs. The light outside our room was very bright and shined in the room even with the curtains drawn and made it hard to sleep. Really needed an elevator, we are older and it is harder for us the climb stairs.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable.

I have problems with my back and legs and didn’t realize upon booking that you enter the rooms from the outside. My room was located on the second floor which I had to walk up and down the steps. If I stay here again. I will definitely know to request a room on the ground level. Also, whoever cleaned the room probably didn’t noticed the Kleenex tissue were almost out. I was without facial tissue.

Nice hotel. All rooms are on the outside. The room was nice. Bed was comfy. The location was great. Lots of food choices and a mall right next door, plus right off I95.

We had a ground floor room and it was pretty noisy until later in the night. If you have an early morning, want quiet, and can do the stairs (I didn't see an elevator but there may have been one...) request a second floor room.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Room was clean, bed and linens were comfortable and nice quality.

Toilet was really, really low to the ground! Prefer buildings with interior hallways, but this was very well lit, parked right in front of our room, and the area seemed very safe and secure. Really wasn’t much to not like and would stay here again.

The staff are always friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, we would stay there again.

The only thing that we didn't like had nothing to do with Quality Inn itself. It was the people staying there above us. It sounded like they were throwing things around and making so much noise.

Everything was great with one exception: I was informed by Booking.com that we would have a pet friendly room with no charge. However after arriving at the hotel I was told there would be a $25 charge for my dog.

Having Booking.com and the property be on the same page, I was not expecting that extra charge.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected.Theg didn't serve bacon or sausage, no eggs. Just cereal, dry biscuits and not sure if that was oatmeal or gravy....totally not happy about the breakfast menu

Convenient to I-95 and many shopping/restaurant options. Pet friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom was not deep cleaned and obvious areas were missed (i.e. behind bathroom door).

I love the location, closes to the graduation place and the mall, and easy to get to family.

I feel that breakfast could have been better, I was a little disappointed. Also, the rooms should have been dusted, I was there for 4 1/2 days and the sheets wasn't changed once.

everything was great when i return i would like the same room if available

a little bit more water pressure in the shower but that would not take away my 5 star visit
