This place is absolutely FANTASTIC! The queen suite was HUGE. The bedroom was nicely separated down the hall from the kitchen/living room area. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. The kitchen featured a stove, oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/plates/utensils for 2, a kitchen table, small sofa, and the operators left snacks on the table for guests. Parking lot is right in front, and well lit. After hours check in was very easy with key and statement provided and waiting for you on arrival. The location was great, less than 2 minutes from I-95. it was quiet at 9pm when we arrived and stayed quiet until we left at 530am the next morning. I’m almost sad we didn’t get to spend more time here it was such a nice little room. If we ever need to stay in Florence again, this place will be our #1 top choice. The price is great, and I was almost suspicious that the reviews were so good, but it’s true - for a beignet friendly hotel this place is absolutely TOPS. A 10/10.

There was literally NOTHING we disliked about it. It is one of the best budget motels I’ve ever stayed in.

Accommodations were roomy, comfortable, clean and quiet. Liked the kitchenette with full size refrigerator given we travel with perishables. Owner was very communicative providing clear instructions and follow through, given there was no attendent Sundays

The room was very nice. I loved that it had a stove and provided pots for you to cook with.

Everything was fine just outside at night had a ton of spiders on the balcony but not their fault

I really enjoyed my stay. The suite had everything I needed and more. I would highly remand this location to family, friends, and the public.

Rooms are small but have good amenities. Black out curtains would be nice too - the outside light is strong.

Did not have extra pillows. No, coffee in the room and no glasses to drink out of.

The rooms are huge! I didn't realize I basically would have a full apartment! And I loved the laundry area as well. Also, I loved that there was a picnic table and a grill.

The only thing I didn't like were the spiderwebs on the bench downstairs and on the railings outside.

Friendly staff. The room was comfortable and very clean. The layout was great with the bedroom separated from the living/kitchen area. The full kitchen is a wonderful amenity. Smoke alarms work well. (While using the oven i had to crack the front door because I had the oven up a little too high.) The surrounding area has walking trails. Close to many stores and restaurants.

Faint smell of cigarette smoke when ac is off despite the no smoking rule. The previous guest must have smoked in the bathroom or left their room door open while smoking on the balcony. Room needed minor updates but nothing that would deter me from staying again. No pool but honestly, we didn't miss it.

The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean, good location, rooms are big and functional.

Ms Nancy is very professional and she is great at what she does!!!Everything was very good. Came here for event at Florence Center I was able to walk across the street.
