Great location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable.

There was no toilet paper in the room. O attempted to contact front desk the evening that I checked in and wasn't able to reach anyone. The next day I reached out to front desk and was told house keeping was on the floor. So I waited awhile then prepared myself to go searching for house keeping when there was a knock asking if i needed tissue.. the gentleman gave me a roll and proceeded to leave. No question if I needed assistance with anything else. A family i met at breakage the next morning said there was no tissue in their room either. May seem like no big deal but after traveling for hours it kind of is lol. Overall great stay I will return.....prepared!

Greeted first thing at the door. My son tore his stuffie and the women gave me a sewing kit to fix it! Room was clean. Staff was friendly in the evening during check in.

Breakfast staff and ck out on 8/4 we’re not as friendly. One of the cooks at breakfast was having a conversation about what I’m assuming is her love life, and the whole lobby could hear her. Need more trays and paper plates for people to transport food to their rooms. We came down at 7 am, so it shouldn’t have been a matter of “all gone”.

The room was very comfortable. Accommodations were easy to access. The kitchen area and dining room area were amazing. I loved the sink and available dishes. Mon son and I also enjoyed the comfortable queen beds. The front desk staff and the staff at breakfast were very accommodating as well.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Perhaps a couple of handles in the shower for those who may need the support. But otherwise, it was very comfortable.

Nice breakfast...plenty of choices...prefer real bacon...

I don't like eating breakfast with "DOGS". I don't think it's fair for me to have to eat breakfast with dogs. You don't know if I have an allergy or not? I'm in the hotel with them. I'm in the elevator with them, and I think if they have to be allowed in your establishment, that should stay in their room when it's time to eat.

I will say this has been one of the most amazing and comfortable stays that I’ve ever had in a Hilton hotel EVER. The staff was so friendly and welcoming it made spending money a little easier. The room was really nice and from check in to check out everything was great. The breakfast was decent and the attendant kept it coming fresh even during the morning rush.

First arriving to the hotel, the property was clean. Even being a pet friendly hotel, the yards were immaculate! Our room was perfect for our stay. NIcest hotel we have been too. Room was quiet and fully stocked with everything we needed, including utensils and dishware. The blinds worked perfect to keep the light out in the morning. We even had extra pillows in the room. Would absolutely stay again with no hesitation. We travelled with my small chihuahua and the pet area was clean, you didn't hear any barking. Breakfast was readily available with multiple options, again lobby was clean and quiet. We could not get over how clean this hotel is. We have stayed in some questionable hotels and this one ranks at the best. Also location was great as you have the restaurants in walking distance and the convention center where our event was held was right across the street.

Honestly, we didn't have any problems or concerns at this hotel. 10/10 recommend.

Breakfast was good and the lady who was in charge of it was a wonderful woman

The front desk person on check in seemed distracted and not friendly. She offered the person ahead of me bottled water but didn’t offer it to me. She just handed me my room card and walked over to the other computer , I had to ask the other woman if I was all set, now she was very friendly

The location was good. The only problem I had was about the breakfast, they said that breakfast is served from 6-10 am, we came down the first morning around 8:30am and we had to wait 25 minutes until they cooked some more food. The second morning we cam down around 7:30am and it was pretty much the same thing.

Clean, modern property.

Reception greeter could have been a bit nicer; seemed annoyed that I told her I had a dog with me; said it wasnt in my profile; I asked if I needed a dog tag for the door and again she seemed miffed at my request. Seems the greeter lacked any basic cordial greeting training.
