The breakfast was adequate. Since I don't eat beef or pork, I would like to see the return of turkey sausage, which used to be available in past stays at this location. I did not like the TV being on a news channel. In the past it was always on something neutral, like the weather channel or HGTV.

As just mentioned above, the television being on a news channel. Sadly, at this point in our culture, "new" is sometime quite controversial. In any event, not a pleasant way to start off my day.

Very clean, organized, comfortable.

Parking was an issue. The hotel was booked out, and cars were parked along the drop-off lane. Also, the AC was extremely loud during the night I had to shut it off. The room became hot. I had a hard time sleeping. I informed the front desk at checkout and the clerk noted it for maintenance. It was more of an inconvenience than anything major.

The suite was very roomy and accommodating for a family of 5! The hotel is within walking distance to the Florence Center where we were attending an event for the weekend. It is also just a short drive/walk to restaurants and stores.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The hotel is modern and very clean. The room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast served was one of the best in this type of property.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Small pool for such a big building. Pool closed shortly after we got there. I mean it is summer, think pool should stay open later than 9:00. We couldn't get in and relax. Our granddaughter was very disappointed.

We were just expecting a regular room so we could get a night sleep before continuing are trip home. We were shocked when we entered this suite with a living room and separate bedroom. We were sorry to leave.

Staff is totally awesome. Very clean and well kept

Needs a little more variety at breakfast, like bacon and scrambled eggs

The people there are very nice and willing to help you out.

The first room I was in had a smell, and I asked to be moved. They were nice and found me another room.

Location was good, staff were very nice, room was nice, bed was comfortable,

The jetted tub was rough looking, the frittas at breakfast were nasty!!

The entire bedding was comfortable. The sheets, pillows and comforter!! A+

I didn't like that the curtains didnt shut all the way. There was a bright light that came in.
