A very nice pet-friendly hotel. Good breakfast and very clean rooms.

I loved walking in to a lobby that smelled fresh and sanitary. No musty old carpet in this location. Very modern and clean look with hard surface floors and seemed remodeled within the last couple years. Quiet location back away from the road. bed was great.

Only improvement could have been better pillows. They use the tiny half pillows which I have seen also at other modern decor locations but they are just not ideal for side sleepers. Carpet had some spots that felt like nails or screws pushing up under the carpet causing sharp bumps at the entrance of room 309 near the door to the bathroom.

The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfy and the staff was very friendly. I have never stayed with this hotel line before but I would definitely stay again.

The only compliant I have is the shampoo and conditioner "sample size" bottles provided by the hotel were not full and I didn't realize that until I was in the shower. Not sure if the cleaning crew from the previous guest was not aware that they were partially used and not full.

Easy off and back on Interstate I-95. Easy to get fuel. Decent continental breakfast, with good fresh hot coffee,decent egg and cheese omelette,okay bacon,sausage really good,home fries okay,good orange juice. If you like waffles. Easy to make by using the appropriate container to pour the waffles batter on the griddle. Regular syrup,ketchup,salt,pepper. Sugar,sugar substitutes were all readily available. There are a few different breakfast cereals available and different fat content milk. No problem but generally I always have to ask for a banana at most hotels. I always get a banana, I’ve been eating 1 banana a day for over 60 years. Rarely do I miss a day without 1 banana. Employees very polite and courteous. Bedroom was very clean,nice and comfortable Queen beds, good pillows,sheets and Blanket. Real clean bathroom and great water pressure in addition to all the hot water needed to shower. Toilet flushed without incident. YEAH. The Towels didn’t have too much fabric softener on them, that is excellent in my opinion. I don’t like towels that have so much fabric softener on them. I feel like the towel isn’t drying me. The towels at this hotel have just the amount of fabric softener on them. Toilet bowl was exceptionally clean, bathroom floor very clean, bathroom sink area and sink were very clean. I really liked that the remote control for the TV was in a new disposable clear plastic bag. I always bring plastic bags to put over any remote control devices in all hotel’s. There are a lot of germs on remote control’s. I’m not no germaphobe. But I’m elderly and don’t want to take a chance at getting sick by not putting a ziplock bag over the remote controls. I can be sure I don’t get sick by touching the remote. I always bring Lysol wipes and quickly clean the phone and other frequently used areas. In the bathroom,sink countertop and fixtures. The shower fixtures.

The PARKING was awful. There were 2 trucks with trailers that took up 12 parking spots. The hotel manager should have told the owners of the 2 trucks with trailers. To park out front where there was plenty of space for them. But still in a secure area with cameras. This along with the Construction that’s happening. Caused me to have to park in a disabled parking spot. I do have the Disabled Placard, but only use it when I really need to. Allowing other people that really need the disabled parking spot.

Great value and location. Always clean and a decent free breakfast with waffles etc. coffee maker and microwave/fridge in room too.

The room we had had a shower curtain that didnt touch the tub wall and the curtain rod is bowed out so it was an absolute disaster trying to shower and not get gallons of water on the floor. The young woman at the front desk was not pleasant at all and seemed perturbed that I had to interrupt her watching videos on her phone to check us in. She didn’t ask about payment method and just charged me. I wanted to use a different card for the room.

Convenient half way point for us. Modern, great staff, easy pre check in, comfy beds.

Upon settling into our room, we pulled the desk chair out and a roach ran across it. We killed it. But where there's one roach, there are many more.

I was actually evacuating from hurricane Milton in Florida and drove my three grandkids hours until we got to South Carolina in the park Inn! The staff there were so nice and so helpful considering I had my two cats with me too in a crate plus three young grandchildren! I like that they had the breakfast right there in the morning and also one of the stuff members got me a room on the first floor so it was easier so I was very very impressed with everything! I even stopped on the way back from evacuating and stayed there again because I couldn't drive 17 hours straight and so on the way home we stayed here too very impressed Thank you very much

Nice new clean facility easy on easy off location off route 95 north or south the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly breakfast in the morning is great. There’s are plenty of luggage carts available which is always important! We stay here every time heading north from Florida. It’s a great stopping off point for us in Florence after 10 hours in the car and there are number of good restaurants nearby for an easy affordable dinner. I would recommend this as a top for anybody looks looking for a great value for the dollar.

The door to the cabinet with the mini fridge did not stay close and it represented the small hazard running into it during the night. I’m sure it’ll be fixed next time we’re there.

The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to Highway 95, making it suitable for a break.

The sink in the bathroom is leaking and the hair dryer is wet and I dare not use it.
