The front desk staff gave us a wonderful welcome after a long trip. We were greeted with big smiles and friendly conversation, which made a great impression on my family. The service was outstanding—they gave us several dining recommendations and took the time to show us all the hotel’s amenities. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Although everything appeared clean at first glance, a closer look revealed otherwise. There was quite a bit of dust and glass marks on all the tables, which made it clear that a deep cleaning hadn't been done in a while. It was disappointing because the room itself was beautiful, and the furniture looked almost brand new.

Great location to everything!! The staff and hotel were great! Great hospitality and breakfast was very good! Room was great!

The only thing I would suggest is that the property seriously purchased better quality pillows! The pillows were horrible! We stayed overnight in Shreveport LA at Homewood and the pillows and bed was so comfortable! Please consider upgrading your pillows and adding a pillow top to the bed! The room was very comfortable and clean!

Love everything about it the guess was super friendly I traveled with my three daughters it was a little hectic with bringing everything in but when we went out and got food a nice good asked if I needed assistance because he saw my hands were full the reception was so friendly and nice and I would definitely recommend.

What I didn’t like was my total on booking was 166.76 if I’m not mistaken but once I checked in I was charged 190.00 I was advise that the room for the night was 170 then a 20.00 dollar that I would get once I checked out the hotel I just wish booking would present this before booking because I was very confused on the chargers

Easy to book - good location - lady at counter very nice . Kept me safe it was late and I couldn’t drive anymore .

I walked into the room and it looked in order but also looked like an apartment nobody has lived in , or been in to clean in a year. You could write your name on the counter and there were smear stains everywhere . It was the dirtiest room I ever stayed in my entire life .

I contacted the manager numerous times, but no responce. The price I booked through Booking.com was not honored. I was charges a highter price at checkout. No explanation.

The people that work there is very good.I love the service.

I loved staying at the hotel didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. The staff was hospitable and very helpful with information of nearby shopping area and restaurants.

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Though I didn't get a chance to enjoy all the amenities I could see that they were all present. Staff was especially kind and competent, especially Ms. Audrey McKenzie!!! She made us feel like we were royalty!! All the staff were great. One of them brought us replacements batteries for the remote control seconds after we requested them. Breakfast was also a bonus which saved us time and additional money during our short stay.

Trying hard to think of one thing we didn't like and cannot think of one thing!!

Breakfast was low quality food … rooms were surface cleaned only but around edges corner on floor inside shower sinks they were dirty scum…black bacteria

The breakfast choices were plenty. Food was warm so that is good.

The omelette had a funny texture that wasn’t appealing. Also would recommend to remove carpeting in the elevators and rooms because it smelled like a wet dog and someone tried to mask it by deodorizing but sorry to say it still smells! Also removing carpeting makes it more hygienic less allergens for sensitive people and easier to clean and maintain.
