Very quiet and great location to many businesses. The beds were very comfy, and the shower was always hot!

Air condtion system and refrigerator was loud and made noise during the whole stay.

The room was clean. Facilities were good. The location is very good - lots of restaurants nearby and close to 95. The breakfast was very good and the people tending to it were very pleasant and helpful.

Upon check in, there was no one at the desk and no way to ring a bell or call someone to check in. After a few minutes, someone did arrive but wasn't the most welcoming. Normally, the person at the desk tells you how to get to your room and the best place to park.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. Pleasantly surprised on the variety of breakfast options and comfortable eating area.

Sound proofing could be improved. Heard quite a few doors shut from the hallway in the morning. Looked at it as a subtle wake up call as I needed to wake up as well.

The breakfast was GREAT ! Loved the staff they were very friendly and welcoming. The size of the rooms were very exceptional, comfy, loved the central ac units. The pool was very clean, overall a very good place to call home for temporary needs.

Room very cold and dated. needs a face lift. Turned temp up in room but freezing. vent was facing bed and so loud couldn’t sleep. it was a very uncomfortable night. only one trash barrel in room with no bin liner. furniture stained.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff at Breakfast were awesome. The room was very nice and parking was great.

Front desk reception was unfriendly and curt. I would definitely not unpleasant staff as a welcoming person.

The room was real nice the only thing was book.com didn't give me the room that I wanted this was a special occasion for my mother that I just find after so many year I need the room with the whole stove in oven I only had the top but we made everything work out anyway cuz I finished cooking the stuff that had to go inside the store at my home so everything was late but God worked it out

I doubt booked for the same dates thru booking.com It’s be a month and I have not received my 360.00 yet, so I guess you are not to be trusted. I have called booking three times, I still haven’t gotten my refund yet

Coming off moving a home from Ga to DC area. Tired I booked from the road. What a gem 💎 to say the least. I was able to park a 26 box truck out front for security purposes. The full size fridge allowed me to keep items frozen during the move. Hotel staff made excellent restaurant suggestions. Major bonus points to the ladies preparing a great breakfast for myself, my family and the rest of the hotel guests. I can't wait until I get to stay there again. Great Staff and location.

Have a telephone in the room upon hotel guest arrival. Other than that minor issue superb job!

I didn’t eat breakfast on the property. I grew up in Florence and had friends that I met. I never made it to the breakfast lobby.

Everything was excellent with my stay.
