The location was great...right off the highway and surrounded by stores and restaurants. After a very long drive, we ordered dinner from the Mellow Mushroom and they delivered. The hotel itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds were firm and they provided three different pillow comforts. Our hotel breakfast was very good, which is uncharacteristic for a hotel with breakfast included. My husband raved about the biscuits and gravy so I tried them (also uncharacteristic)...they were very good! The biscuits were outstanding! If we ever decide to take a road trip to Florida again, Holiday Inn Express Florence will be our half-way stop!

They had the best coffee, really. I drink it black. The automated machine, grinds the coffee of your selection. It was delicious. Also appreciated the night light in the bathroom. The room was very clean & the bed comfortable. Additionally didn't hear hear sounds from the hall or outside - we stayed on the 2nd floor. Used the Fitness center, it was clean too, with towels, & saniwipes. 2nd time staying - will stay again.

Very nice facility with lovely decor. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and spotless. Great breakfast too. Perfect location with restaurants nearby, a nice mall across the street, easy on and off the highway. Even a dog park.

I liked everything. But of course I wouldn’t mind a little bit lower price if possible.

The breakfast was awesome! Starting at 6am was a plus for us early travelers. The check in staff very polite.

The sink in bathroom was clogged with hair. Mustache trimming? Cleaning team must have known because top of drain was taken off and on counter. After traveling all day to tired to complain. Under bed/nightstand needs better vacuuming

Good location, very close to I95 and restaurants around area. Woman in front desk was very nice.

Breakfast was ok, but the woman serving doesn’t have the best customer service skills. Seems she doesn’t like her job. Asked for more sliced bread and bagels because at 9:30 am they were none. Only muffins were available. They told me none left and I could see that they were more on the kitchen. Felt like she was doing me a big favor of serving breakfast, probably she doesn’t understand that it was paid for with the booking of the hotel.

The breakfast was good. Turkey sausage was a little dry but breakfast was hot, the place was clean, and the young lady kept the breakfast stocked. She was very helpful and polite. I regret not getting her name but she deserves recognition.

No complaints but I do recommend some upgrades or remodeling. The windowsill was warped from water damage.

Front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The breakfast was great and way above so many other hotels offering breakfast, wonderfully displayed. The bed was great, room was clean and beautiful. Appreciated having the pump soap, shampoo, lotion and etc. Loved it all—-will try and choose Holiday inn Express next time when traveling. Thankyou!!!

Property was very easily accessible off I-95. It was very clean and the room was very spacious with a mini bar area for coffee and tea. The hot breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of choices: pancakes, biscuits/gravy, sausage, egg white omelet, pastries, hot cinnamon rolls, anything you could want.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The price was right and it was fine for our overnight stay.

The window shade was broken and wouldn't go down all the way. The room was clean but I felt the bathroom shower could have been a bit more clean and the towels were pretty ruff.

This location was very clean and comfortable.. exactly what I expected for the $..convient to 95 and would stay there again.

Price could have been a little lower
