The location. The front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. She was bogged down with a family that was indecisive but was able to excuse them and helped me since I already was booked. I appreciated her professionalism during that situation. The place was very clean. The breakfast was very good. They had a very nice selection. The kitchen staff was so friendly, especially the older african american woman.

The noise from the construction. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was very noisy! Did not get a restful sleep, unfortunately. Hate to post this because the room/hotel was very beautiful and clean. But me and my guest definitely had to take naps once we returned home.

Traveling with young kids and the facilities meet our needs. Enjoyed using the pool as well. Room was clean. Breakfast was offered to start our day off well before we continued traveling.

Breakfast was offered to 10am and the assortment offered was exceptional. The down fall was by 9:30am they were out of alot and when asked if there was more the staff stated breakfast would be ending soon and they weren't putting more out. To run out of food is one thing, but to not stock your breakfast during your advertised hours is disappointing. There were many guest who came in after my family and they got very little if anything. We made the best out of what was available. Just expected more out of the hospitality staff. All other staffing encounters on our past few visits have been amazing.

Customer service was great, my check-in person was very helpful in getting me squared away.

The fact that booking didn't automatically adjust my rate, when rate was less at property. The fact that I was not actually able to speak with a person at booking.com regarding the problem, and still has not. Cancel booking and pay at property. Still trying to contact them.

Love the location right off i-95, the area felt urban with many stores and restaurants which is unlike most hotel stops along i-95. The hotel is also right next to a Civic Center with Wars Memorial Park that is worth a visit - an extremely high budgeted park. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a nice park to walk and stretch after a long road trip. The room was spacious with a small fridge and a microwave. Parking was free and plenty, also dog-friendly. Breakfast was decent and I love that they had a variety of milk for coffee, they had oat milk which I have never seen any hotels offer. They also had a variety of sauces like hot sauce and korean kochujung (what!) and condiments which I would never expect out of a hotel in this region. Overall it's my favorite stop on i-95 so far, would stay again.

We stopped here on our trip to Louisiana. Crystal was exceptional! When I arrived Crystal was amazing from the start. Check in was a breeze and quick. Crystal's customer service is top tier and she made the stay here extremely enjoyable. We will return!

Breakfast was great. There was a convention of cheerleaders and their families when my family came down for breakfast. I The ladies keeping up on everything thing staying hot and filled and clean did an outstanding job. Definite kudos to them!

Our room was clean and very cute. However, the soap had run out of our shower, and I had to turn off the shower to run downstairs to get some.

The breakfast was excellent with the exception of the greasy sausage. The breakfast staff was very nice. The location was very safe, quiet & near various restaurants and the beautiful Magnolia Mall.

I was unable to take an afternoon nap on the last day, due to the fact that housekeeping didn't show up until 5:15 p.m. after waiting since 12:00 p.m. The sofa bed was very hard.

A convenient location

Our booking was not fully recognized by the hotel. Instead of two rooms that we booked they provided only one and we had yo pay extra for the second room. Because of tremendous delays on I95 that day, we arrived 4 hours later than we planned and we were very tired to say the least. The manager on duty provided the second room but did nothing to help us in resolving the booking issue, even though we had printed copies of our booking documents with all reference numbers.

Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice and helpful.

I think the breakfast staff was short some help. When I tried to make a waffle, mix was empty. The motel appeared to be full, and the breakfast area was full of diners. Not anyone's fault.

Beds, the lady that was at the front desk was super sweet…

I was looking forward to getting in the pool but it did not look clean and you could smell the chlorine has soon has you entered the building….
