Breakfast was warming up the day, tasty, pleassant. Nonstop service in reception. Good to have boiling kettle in all rooms, but tea and cofe selection available on room is very poor. (missing black and green tea, grinded cofe missing, only instant thing) Even of all of my negative comments, that was a good stay.

Old, that is not such problem, but some room furniture and shower equipment was broken. Missing (removed ) fridges in rooms. No minibar. Wery narrow parking place and driver access with difficult and danger maneuvering, easy to damage auto. Because of pillars opposite to the parking lots and low space. Guest shall also have key to parking door to come directly in the night. Outside hotel, on street and near square was both evenings up to the late night loudly shouting of some youngsters gang, evidently not from regional population, but rather some unemployed unattended and drunk immigrants. That is not fault of the hotel, rather of police low attention. Then it comes to disturbed guest resting and negativelly affects the hotel business.

Nothing, everything ok for one night stand.

This is our second time staying here. Super convenient and affordable for an overnight stop when travelling between two countries. The staff (particularly the man) who does the evening/early morning reception, is super friendly and helpful.

An older style hotel and could do with some new carpet and modern furniture. But we can’t complain considering the very affordable price!

The hotel is well located, both for those who are in transit to another country, who have to take a plane at the airport in Frankfurt or for holidays. I start with the kind service of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the beds, a great hot shower and a delicious breakfast with lots of options. There is a beautiful river 5 minutes walk away, where you can find several restaurants and you can take a long walk. The hotel price is fair, as is the breakfast. I recommend it and will return whenever I am in transit to other countries.

The family rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. A good breakfast buffet is available for just 11 euro. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good place for a short stay.

The hotel is quite difficult to find (also because of road blocks) and should be clearer about parking options and locations. Rüsselsheim itself is quite a somber place. The buildings are ok, but it's full of drunks eyc

The location is perfect, 5min walk from the train station. Shops and places to eat directly outside.

The bed was too hard. No air conditioning but they were nice enough to supply a fan (was too loud for me) They supplied an iron when I checked in but no ironing board. My towel there were some stains on it. Overall though, the staff were friendly and it was ok for a night of sleep before my flight.

Very quiet room in 1st floor even facing the street, just close the window and it`s perfect.

Just the shower head didn`t fixed well to preferred position, but I find it as quite common problem among the hotels to be addressed to the manufacturers selling bad quality shower products.

It did what I needed it too - they were accommodating with my arrival time and I appreciate that everyone in Germany seems to speak remarkable English

The WiFi was not good in my room and the doors are quite loud - if you're a light sleeper, you might struggle a bit

It is my favorite hotel when I am travelling to Switzerland. The personal are great!! The location is good, as well as the comfortable room, good shower and a wonderful breakfast to renew your energy for a long driving day.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. Central location

No access from the parking to the hotel. Hotel parking was tricky to find at first, has just 5 places or so and it was busy more or less all the time, The only possibility was to park in a city parking nearby.
