I had an absolutely fantastic stay in villa la conchiglia and would highly recommend it !! Right from the start I have felt so welcomed and very much at home! Alessandro and Lynette are gorgeous and very warm-hearted hosts who helped me out with so many things which was not at all to be taken for granted (giving me a lift to Orosei, helping me with my groceries and sending off a package at the post office and so on…). I loved the quiet area and also in the the house it was very calm and good to sleep! The mosquito nets in front of the windows are very well maintained and perfectly worked out with the window open at night. The breakfast is awesome, always fresh, lots of it home made, of good quality and made with a lot of passion and care. Right in front of the place there is a wonderful beach and in the close by area you will find many more great beaches and activities to explore. I absolutely loved the time I had I would like to thank again to Alessandro and Lynette for their effort!! Hope to come back soon!

Actually, there is really nothing which bothered me at this place! If I had to say something, then it would be the wifi which was not always very stable in the room, but worked better on the first floor/lobby area. But that was really a tiny little thing not affecting at all the wonderful time I had!

Perfect location, with several nearby beaches. Great if you plan to explore the Gulf of Orosei. Clean and spatious, our room had a lovely balcony. Loved the lush greenery.

We didn't mind, but don't expect a full hotel breakfast. For us, coffee and croissants were quite enough. Also, no fridge in the room, it's available in a kitchenette downstairs for all guests.

Everything was amazing! Our room was large, comfortable and clean. Access to the beach was behind the property and we were able to walk along a path to several other beaches. Breakfast was exceptional. Nothing else compared. But what stands above everything else were our hosts Lynette and Alessandro. Their generosity, friendship, and good humor made our holiday most memorable. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Really lovely place right next to the water. The staff were phenomenal and very helpful. It was my most relaxing experience is Sardinia with easy access to everything and a quiet uncrowded atmosphere.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and the location is very good-2 min from a very nice and cosy beach

Wifi could be used only on the ground floor, the connection was extremely weak and we had to use our mobile data

Amazing stay. We booked the room with balcony and sea view and it was perfect for our needs. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was freshly prepared, hosts were super nice and helpful. Perfect location to explore the area around Orosei.

Everything was clean, property was right next to a quaint beach, easy to find! Breakfast was also lovely each morning.

Amazing Linette and Alessandro. They are very careful and always ready to help you. We really enjoyed the time there and would like to come back! Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was tasty.

The property is basic but has all you need. The Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had the MOST comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious - fresh pastries are delivered daily. Many beaches are within walking distance, making it easy to explore. They had extra umbrellas on hand for us to borrow which was excellent.

seems a little under construction still, but this wasn’t a problem. everything was clean and tidy and safe.
