Absolutely everything and every detaill both inside and outside of the accommodation. You can tell they put a lot of thinking into the decoration and interior design of the room. It's very clean, modern, beautiful with French style finishing and antique feel to the room. Value for money, especially it comes with breakfast.
The host could be more conscious with time as they didn't turn up on time at 1pm check-in time. They arrived about 10mins late and it took awhile to check people in. Same thing in the morning when most camino walkers were up waiting for breakfast. They breakfast was served slightly late, a few minutes past 8am. The air-conditioning was difficult o use otherwise everything's perfect.

I truly wish I could give this hotel full marks because it is a lovely, newly renovated place. The room was spacious, equipped with AC, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the Camino route and near all the restaurants. However, we did encounter an issue. Our room was on the ground floor, and as soon as we entered, there was a noticeable smell of humidity. We kept the bathroom door closed as the odor seemed to come from there, and left the windows open to air out the room. Unfortunately, it became too cold at night to keep them open, especially since we were on the ground floor. This made the room stuffy and humid throughout the night, and I had a hard time sleeping. It's such a shame because otherwise, the hotel was fantastic.

I loved the location…it’s very centrally located closed to El Camino, restaurant city center. The room was very comfortable and clean.
The hotel is pretty much used by people who are doing the pilgrimage and the hotel offers a free breakfast (which is great), but they didn’t start serving kit until about a quarter after 8:00 am. By then, the dining area was packed with people all waiting to have breakfast and it was very chaotic. This needs to be better organized.

Beautiful renovated property. Elements of the historic property(stone walls) coupled with updated bathrooms and interiors. Quiet location yet centrally located very close to everything I needed. I stayed here while walking the Camino Frances. Very good breakfast. But what really made this property standout was the hospitality. The family that manages this was just amazing, especially mom and dad. I was sick and they took such great care of me from the moment i was waiting outside to the time I left. It was like having my own family there making sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location on the Camino trail, fell out of bed onto the Camino path. The room was nice and big and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy and clean. Nice old building with older features. There was some emergency when we arrived, so the host was not available, but she did make sure someone was available to check us in. Would stay again
The fee for booking included breakfast but was available from 8 til 10. For the walkers, many leave earlier than this, so it would be nice if the option to choose breakfast was allowed at booking rather than paying for breakfast as part of the stay or providing breakfast earlier.

The room was comfortable & very clean. The location is great for exploring Arzua on foot. The main Cathedral is 5min walk and down the same side street is a laundromat & a bar with friendly staff if you need somewhere close to eat.
Upon check in I was told that breakfast would be served in the Pensión cafeteria. When I departed at 8am, it was still not open and not sure if it ever did. By the way, my room included the breakfast. Also laundry facilities at the pension were broken as well.

Great place to stay! Clean and Nice. God bed and hot shower. Vett stylish and cosy small hotel. Very friendly and helpsom receptionist. And a nice surprise was the breakfast. This was actually on of the best breakfasts I had om the Camino. Basic buffet with freshly beaked bread (and 2 big shiny grill toastets), cheese, some sausage, fresh juice, cafe con leche (they also had marmelade, tomatosalsa and olive oil i small packs). I will stay here again.

Location, clean, good hot shower
Towel rail did not work so nowhere to dry clothes or towels. Spoke to others guests with same issue. Breakfast was good but so unorganised and chaotic. It was to start at 08.00 (late for walkers) but staff did not turn up until 08.10 and then had to set up! According to a guide this is a regular occurrence rather than a one-off

so clean. so comfy. family room had ample space for 3 ++ adults. modern but still maintaining period charm. hosts were, I think, a family - it was nice to see. They hosted breakfast each morning which was included in the price. They had a cute little dog who also attended breakfast which reminded us of home. GREAT place for anyone doing the camino!

This room was absolutely gorgeous, a very unique property with great charm. The staff was absolutely wonderful and provided exceptional service. They went over all aspects of the room, from operating the heater to the skylight. It is located close to the church, a laundromat and a great pizza place. I highly recommend this location.
