We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in a beautiful, quaint town. Our room was very comfortable with a perfect view of the main street, which really added to the charm. The hotel’s restaurant is absolutely fantastic – the pizza was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time, and my wife’s pasta was equally delicious. But the real highlight was breakfast. Everything was freshly made – the croissants were warm, flaky, and buttery, the bacon was locally sourced and full of flavor, and the mushrooms were just perfect. What really made the experience stand out was the people. The new manager has such a pleasant personality and truly the best smile in Wales! You can also see how hard all the girls on the team work – they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We left already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from 3 nights here, the junior suite accommodation was perfect for us and our little boy split level and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed continental breakfast every morning and ate in the restaurant each night as the food was fantastic and easy to put the little one to bed afterwards. What made our stay special was the friendly staff, who were really kind to our family.

Our only tiny thing was that our shower toiletries weren’t replenished at the bedroom refresh, sharing tiny bottles between two we could have done with a second set but I’m sure it could have been sorted if we’d asked and wasn’t a big problem, we’ll bring our own next time as we’ll definitely be back. Breakfast was a treat. There is no cooked breakfast but I didn’t miss it at all as the choice of food was delicious. There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheeses and meats. Coffee or tea was brought to the table as was toast, the butter was gorgeous. There were also pancakes and croissants with jam, honey or marmalade. The location is spot on. I travelled alone and spent 2 nights here, Narberth height street is a perfect place to stay and the Townhouse is perfectly positioned. I suffer with a back issue and the staff kindly carried my bad in on arrival and helped when I left. ,

I can’t find fault at all

Situated right in the centre of Narberth, this beautiful property was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. The rooms are cosy and elegantly decorated. Quality linens and towels along with local toiletries added that extra special touch. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly and we also ate at the Pizza and Pasta restaurant downstairs, which served beautiful food. Air conditioning in the rooms meant we had the perfect temperature to sleep in the superbly comfortable bed and were well rested by the end of our weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone!

From start to finish, our stay was excellent. The breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts I've ever eaten. I've had a smoked salmon and champagne breakfast at The Haymarket Hotel in London, and I've eaten truly outstanding breakfasts in places like The Pullman Hotel in Yangon etc and yet Top Joe's Townhouse ranks up there with the best. Why? Because of the quality of the food, the ambience, the setting and the service.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but that's about all really

Room was excellent, very comfortable, lots of nice touches like extra consumables. Excellent town centre location, but quiet in the evening. Nice bathroom, spacious, although an odd shape. Breakfast was added to our stay free of charge and was a continental breakfast but a very high standard with lots of local produce. Staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant associated with the hotel serves the most incredible, delicious pizzas.

The croissants on Sunday morning could have been fresher. That's about it, hardly the end of the world.

The food was excellent quality. We ate pizza in the evening which was fabulous. The breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had. Compliments to the chef. Air conditioning was very welcome during this heatwave. Car park- free parking is a bonus. Decor and ambience, felt very Italian 🇮🇹

Received a lovely friendly welcome on arrival. All staff were friendly + helpful. Breakfast was very good, good choice of food + all freshly made. The service at breakfast was very good+ friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was of an adequate size +very clean.

Perhaps a few things needed attention e.g. more hangers in the wardrobe, lighting over some of the mirrors, hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. The shower water kept splashing past the glass shower door + onto the floor soaking the bathmat + floor.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. A large bathroom and with the option of a bath and a shower! The place was full but still very quiet. Very central and although it faced the street, we were on the top floor and couldn't hear a thing. I don't think the road ever gets busy tbh...Tea, coffee and cans of water provided for free...and better selection than usual.

I personally prefer a room where I can open a window to get some fresh air...these windows were old and painted shut.

Lovely breakfast they thought of everything. Cereals, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice and tea or coffee. The staff were polite. The bed was comfortable. The room a good size. The food was brilliant and the coffee on the day of departure was brilliant, it was frothy which I like.

It was fantastic as a place to stay but I like to have an open window for fresh air and could not open the window of my room. Nothing else.
