Comfortable, modern and clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Nice aircon in bedrooms. Driving distance to the beach, town etc is about 10 to 15 mins. The location is a bit out in the middle of nowhere but it's fine if you have your own transport (which we did!). You can spend the day at the beach then drive back to a nice apartment. Great value for money

The grounds, although well maintained, have a bit of a vacant feel to them. It looks like there is ongoing work to improve the place though. A minor detail, the inside of the apartments are excellent

We booked a two bedroom apartment for the weekend. It was clean, comfortable and all rooms had AC. We had hot showers and good wifi. The kitchen was also well equipped.

We really enjoyed the condo that we rented, it had everything we needed to cook as well. The beach is right in front. One day we walked down to it and had it all to ourselves. Overall, this resort has huge potential when it's finished, as they told us they are about to start on the main pool, restaurant and waterslide so we will come back when that is finished!

We have stayed in the apartments previously and decided to book a house this time. Great to have a private pool & pool table to keep the kids occupied. The house is huge with a well equipped kitchen.

The location is great, amazing views. The resort looks brand new, so still some stuff they are working on, but none the less, an amazing stay with the family, and a lot of details. They still don't have their main pool and restaurant yet, but the houses have kitchens and pools, so was not necessary.

Everything was great! Just the dirt road part to get there, but that is not their fault, it's an upcoming tourist destination and they seem to be the first resort out there.

Even though the front part of the hotel is under construction, we stayed in the houses on the hill at the back, and it was an amazing stay! It came with everything, but you need to bring your own food. The pool was great and we used the BBQ too. The beds were super comfy and we felt 100% safe. The views are the best I have seen, and although we were the only ones, they said the resort is opening in a few months. We will def be back!

The houses were great, and the views were remarkable. I recommend this resort to anyone visiting Nicaragua.
