The staff are very friendly, the location is great, the room is large and the beds comfy.

The pictures online were quite misleading in terms of the pool (just a small dip pool enclosed in the courtyard), and the balcony for the room I thought I had booked was misleading - obstructed view when the only photos online were unobstructed. And the furniture was quite aged and less "cute" than hoped. These weren't deal breakers, but I did specifically book that room for the vibes and was disappointed not to receive them.

Very nice hotel on the beach front with a cute little pool. The pool gets the sun in the morning which is great to laze around and then head to the beach. Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a room around the pool so had no issue with noise from the street or nearby bars. Nice daily breakfast.

The guy on reception was rude when we arrived and asked if we are sure we had a reservation and was not in the hostel next door due to having backpacks over a suitcase. Please don’t judge people and check your reservations before making such comments.

Beautiful hotel and room. Very spacious room, nice furniture, huge balcony. Right across from the beach and super close to bars and restaurants. We saw the warning about noise at night but got lucky. During our stay the bars right by the hotel were closed so it was fairly quiet at night. I imagine it really loud though when those bars are open and blasting music.

Location was central. Balcony was large and the sea view was spectacular bed was very comfortable and the room was large

It was very noisy at the weekend, so noisy that the windows rattled until 4am. Bit the hotel did provide earplugs. There were no toiletries, soap, shampoo etc.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The location is perfect. It is right in front of the beach. You can just walk barefoot to the beach. There are so many restaurants all close by in chains. There is a small cafe/store right in front of the hotel which is open 24 hours. It is so convenient. You can buy snacks, drinks and they have coffee machine. I drank latte and cappuccino every time. It’s so good better than Starbucks. You can also buy pizza and breakfast in case you are on a go and wanna grab something quick to bite. The ATMs are close by but you have to wear a mask. The sunset view at the beach is to die for. It is one of prettiest view I have ever seen in my life.

I did read people complaining about the noise at night from the club nearby. The first day it was quiet. Later, I did hear it but didn’t bother me. I didn’t think it was that loud. To be fair, I am nocturnal so can’t much rely on my comment lol. The only tiny little glitch I had was the water. One morning there was no water for some reason but they fixed it right away. I guess they just had to turn on some pipe or faucet.

All the facilities were greate and the staff was so kind and helpful. we loved the place!

You will freaking looooove this place, it is worth every single penny. The view ... oh Lord the view 😭😭😭 it is so beautiful. Make sure you are in the 3rd floor you won't regret it. My room was just like the pictures. I have a YouTube chanel (Cofi y su tribu) you can check it out under the video San Juan del sur and you will see how satisfied we are with the hotel.

The breakfast is poor so plan of having breakfast somewhere else, they only had rice and beans and plantains for breakfast , we don't like that and that was the only option 🤷🏽‍♀️

Staff were very nice, pool was lush, large room with sunset views.

Sink in number 7 needs a deep clean as mould in sink

Good location (dt), beautiful view. the hotel is very honest about the noisy bars. I am personally okay with the noise (I sleep well) but my friend had a hard time. If you have a good sleep, then it is a very good choice for you.
