amazing location (as it's in the centre of the town), everything seems new, the rooms are huge, new modern. the staff are friendly and always help you.

our room balcony was filled with rubble upon arrival (which was fine as it's winter and wouldn't use it, what I didn't like is people jumping over the next room's balcony to get there to do some construction. you can't do that sort of thing whist you have guests in the room. I was disappointed the restaurant whilst the staff are friendly and the menu decent, there were two issues; 1. you expect the (probably) best hotel in town to have a bar and serve alcohol, which it doesn't. 2. although the restaurant advertises that they take Multinet, when we tried to pay they said they didn't take it.

location is very nice, close to several malls, restaurants, to the Erzurum castle and few other historical sites. I liked interior even though it seemed a bit dark. Spacious rooms and nice pieces of furniture. Breakfasts are nice as well. Staff are very nice and welcoming. They tried to accommodate every need.

Firstly, they told me the whole hotel is non-smoking space but I regularly and very clearly felt the smell of the cigarettes in the hallway and even in my room. Secondly, water in the shower wasnt going down at all. I mentioned to the admin staff but unfortunately nothing changed until my leave day. I came to ski and wasnt sure how if it was too far from the skiing base. But it took 10min drive every morning to skiing base. So very comfortable for going to ski base and enjoying the city on some days.

Nice and modern hotel. Friendly staff, available protected parking and a good location to explore Erzurum from. Standout was the cafe with excellent food (especially breakfast) and very reasonable prices.

The rooms each have a balcony, all of which are currently under renovation. There is no disruption from this, but there is allot of dust inside the rooms due to it.

Great value for money, excellent spacious room. The breakfast was wonderful, also their restaurant in the evening was excellent and very reasonably priced, we did not go anywhere else. Clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Private parking was also easily accessible.

The single bed was not comfortable.

Location is terrific, close to many F&B outlets. 10 minutes drive to Panlandoken ski centre. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast comes with a variety and some of hot dishes changes daily. Worth staying.

They should have lights next to the bed for reading.

The Lala Grand was a lovely hotel in a great location. All the historic sites are within an easy walk to explore. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous, friendly staff and overall great value for money. Free car parking was available too. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel with large room, free private parking (there are plenty of place). Located right in the city center.

Breakfast was ok, but not lot of choice. Sound isolation in the room was not perfect, but acceptible.

Location was great everything was in walking distance great clean spacious rooms,restaurant under the building was lively atmosphere

Staff should bit more informed and educated with city so they can guide and recommend visitors

It was clean, big comfortable rooms. Great breakfast options, a good cafe right next door. And the location was also very nice.

It got too warm during the night. Which is great in the winter but with central heating we couldn’t turn it down a bit.

Very good location, large well appointed room

The whole hotel looks like a cave, they have all the lights switched off, most of them are on automatic and come on while you try to find your room. Even the reception area is dark. Very disconcerting.
