We came from Canada to ski at Palandoken and decided to stay at this hotel based on positive reviews and fair price. It did not disappoint! We enjoyed a very comfortable stay during the 7 nights at Saka Life. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Staff is all very friendly and welcoming. Even with the language barrier, we were able to understand how kind these people are. Communicating via the translator app was always pleasant, and customer service was excellent. They were all so helpful. Even washing our laundry for a reasonable fee. A special mention for the woman who prepares breakfast each morning, we enjoyed all of our meals. The included breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Internet, room heating, and hot water all worked well. Location has many shops and restaurants in walking distance and the ski hill is only a short drive away. Also, the historical sites of Erzurum such as the castle and Çifte Minareli Medrese were very interesting. We recommend this hotel and would happily return ourselves.

This is for me a 10++ points hotel, nice staff, quite near the railway station and bus to Hopa, very helpful guys arranged bus tickets immediately, in an area with many shops and kebab-places, and very near the cold beer shop. The room was also very nice with a small balcony. A good place to work with the computer. Seems to be newly renovated. Good Wifi. Helpful and nice people on the streets. However I left early, so no chance to test the breakfast, but I have booked also a week later and will review next time as well. Speaking good english. I look forward to returning to this place!

Fantastic place to stay, but if you are non-smoker, do not forget to ask for non smoking room. This was my second stay within a week (I gave top rating last time), now a slightly smaller room, however good, with a table for working and a fridge. A fantastic and exciting breakfast, which I missed due to early leaving last time. 10-15 minutes walk to the railway station and uncountable shops nearby. Good wifi. Near to the beer-shop (hard to find in Turkey).

Nice hotel: great location, polite and hospitable staff, clean room, all facilities are working well, very comfortable bed. I could not ask more for the price.

Doors to the room are not soundproofed, so I was hearing my neighbor a bit more clearly than I wanted to.

Super convenient location. 15 mins to Erzurum ski resort, 20 mins to airport by bus. Lots of convenient shops nearby. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Stayed here for more than a week, absolutely feels like home.

A wonderful place to stay in Erzurum. The manager was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they had breakfast ready early for me so I could get my bus to Georgia. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed in Erzurum longer. Just perfect.

Good value for money. Easy walk from where the bus from Hopa stops. Very easy walk to the train station and the main sights, too. Although not much English spoken, everyone was helpful and kind.

Very clean and pleasant. The reception team were very helpful and assisted me on many matters like arranging a taxi and helping solve some problems. Overall outstanding!

Good location near center & shopping. Good size room with clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff, some speak English, some speak French. Good bkfst with nice variety.

Small shower. Only street parking but was available & free.
