Our stay at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Resort was absolutely incredible! From the breathtaking ski slopes to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes are perfectly maintained, offering an amazing experience for both beginners and experienced skiers. The location is unbeatable, with stunning mountain views and direct access to the best runs in the region. Whether you're here for skiing or just to soak in the winter wonderland, this resort has it all! A special mention goes to Stephan at the reception—he is truly one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, assisting us with everything from check-in to local recommendations. He also His warm welcome and attentiveness made such a difference. The restaurant staff were equally fantastic. Umit Ozdic, our waiter, was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. And we can't forget Onder Kelßh, whose energy and enthusiasm brightened every meal! His cheerful service and positive vibe added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Location Best location for skiing (Specially beginners) Literally 5 meters from cafe to ski lift Sauna and Hammam in the snow ( a must to experience)

Staying here with my whole family was the best decision this winter season so far. The ski lift is next to the hotel. Staff is friendly, even when my children create a mess. BTW, there's a babysitting service. Breakfasts and dinners were awesome. Overall recommended for riders traveling with families.

Spa area needs a renovation

Had a brilliant time in the hotel. Fantastic location, mid-mountain. Ski-in/ski-out. Great food and fun late-night bar. I’ll certainly be back soon. Başak and all hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful.

We first encountered the Dedeman hotel a few years prior to now. We were immediately drawn to it due to the friendly nature of the staff (particularly Enes and Deniz) and the well kept facilities. Due to COVID we weren’t able to come until now, and it was well worth the wait. Not only are the staff the most attentive and kind hearted people we’ve ever been hosted by but additionally the location is terrific. Each and every window you look out from has a breathtaking view. Moreover, due to the location you are able to ski in and out of the hotel with ease. There are also wonderful facilities such as games rooms, a spa, a club, cafes, restaurants and best of all live music. The evening entertainment exceeded all expectations, there was never a dull moment. Furthermore, due to the close proximity to the slopes Dedeman has a close relationship with the ski instructors who were accommodating, hilarious and altruistic. Especially, Mr Caner who took fabulous care of us. Overall we had a fabulous experience, both of my teenagers rated this trip a 10/10, as do I. Which counts for a lot due to us having skied everywhere from Lake Tahoe to The Alps. I can’t wait to revisit and see the upcoming renovations.

Dinner was more than I expect. Too many options, all very delicious. Also the traditional shows during dinner were very enjoyable. Hotel being in the middle of the ski-slops is just perfect.

The food was great. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The hotel is 5 steps away from the ski lift.

The noise. You can hear other guests in the hallway literally screaming and yelling like they own the place at 2 am.

Location to ski bar is the most convenient

Great location for those who like to ski, the ski lounge is exactly on hotel’s location, food also was very delicious, some employees are really friendly and kind.

Spa needs to be more clean, receptionists should know at least two languages.

A real ski-in and ski-out resort, upper hill, very good breakfast and comfortable bed. ski pass is included in the room fee.

Toilet flushing water is a bit weak.
