Extremely nice swimming pools (kids loved them and were asking why they are closing so early - at 6 pm) Houses are in the forest, so you have no panoramic view but it is not hot thanks to that, and you have a lot of privacy as well (the houses are not so close to each other as usually on camping sides), well equipped with everything you need: towels, dishwashing soap, sponge, shower gel etc. - small things making it very nice to have. Animations for kids are OK (in 3/4 languages including English, Dutch and Italian), kids were hunting to get stamps and meet Spotty which kept them engaged :) Shop is well equipped, restaurant with affordable prices, very nice staff at the reception (special thanks to Simone! :) Very nice place to stay for a couple of days to visit Tuscany.

No panoramic view nowhere at the camping side (there is a viewpoint but you can hardly see the nearby hill through the trees), so if you are looking for a place to seat with a glass of wine overlooking tuscany hills that's not exactly it, but there is a nice viewpoint and wineries a few km from there. Not a big deal, since it's just a nature but in June there were enormous number of horse flies (and similar insects) which were biting so badly, it was really uncomfortable - therfore insect repellents/candles are a must have to stay there

We had an amazing stay at the Glamping resort. This was the best value for money. The best part for us was the animation team & the pool. Animation team plans so many activities throughout the day, especially for kids. The pool area was amazing. Very clean and so many water activities. The best was the water slide. We were there only for 3 nights so could not explore all activities. But maybe next time. Its in the middle of jungle so only accessible by a car. Ample parking space was there. WiFi as expected was a little slow and accessible in main areas but that is expected given the location. Frontdesk was helpful and quick to answer. Our cabin was expectedly very small but had everything we needed in such a compact area. All required kitchen utensils plus coffee machine were available. This was our first time at glamping resort so we did not equip well with toiletries. Better to take everything with you including toilet tissues as they dont provide them second time.

They could mention in advance that the guests should bring all toileteries. They gave sample complimentary supply but we ran out quickly. We did not know about this. But not a big problem. Many people visit here multiple times and they know what to bring.

We had a great family holiday (2 adults and 2 children: 7 and 4 years old). The restaurant is really good (and the prices are reasonable). Kids have a great time with the entertainment crew. Really nice place.

The resort is great. The only thing worth mentioning when you're coming with kids is the localization. It is far away from any city or market and you have to take some really winding mountain roads to get anywhere :)

The staff were so nice, when we got to the place we didn't have the microwave and stove that it says on the website that there would be, so we just went to the information and they offered to come with it right away and even drove us back to the place we stayed. When we left we forgot a wristwatch and they contacted us the day after we left and said they would mail it to us! The place was very beautiful and relaxing! And the meals we got served at the restaurant was delicious! I would 100% recommend!! And with a car it's even better, because there is free parking and there are some good winehouses in the area!

The camping is located on a hill in a forest and has a lot of shade and cool nights, perfect. The atmosphere, with kids walking around, was great. The glamping facilities are good, clean, the right "vibe". The park restaurant was also very good, great Italian food, without breaking the bank, right next to the pool.

For a tall Dutch man (>2m) the Air Lodge is a very small, couldn't stand up straight and bumped my head multiple times. Also the "sleep and see the night sky"-plastic windows sound good in theory, but moss and algae in the forest have completely eliminated that possibility. Location-wise: you'll always be driving >25min to get somewhere, even the closest shop, be prepared for this. Visiting Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, all takes ~ 1h. We just stayed on the camping a lot, no regrets, had a blast.

I arrived late in the rain. Met with friendly welcome. The site is lovely, camping and glamping spots under trees. Fantastic swimming pool, excellent restaurant and friendly staff.

I stayed in a small tent which is set on a platform above an eating area. Bed and towels very clean. One minor point, I couldn’t lock the hatch door to the sleeping area plus you need to be a bit of a contortionist!

What a beautiful stay we had, it was so peaceful. Seeing our two boys so happy made us so happy. Everything we needed was at hands. Four fabulous pools for all ages. Activities scheduled every day. Staff were more than helpful. We cannot wait to come back.

We love everything! The bungalow is very nice and cozy. It's very quiet, we could have relaxing on the patio. The campground was highly maintained, beautiful spot everywhere, the pool area was just perfect, with its jacuzzi and hot tub. The location is also perfect, close to Florence and around. Next time we will come back and bring the kids, they will love it !

Great looking campsite. Variety of pools for all ages. No swim caps required. The kids activities were well received. Lots to do. The rep David, was great with the kids. Wifi was good in the main public areas but not in the cabins.

The shower. The options were scalding hot or freezing cold. It didn’t matter where you turned the tap or how small the angle of turning was. Very dangerous for kids.

Clean, well-maintained pool complex area with plenty of sun beds. Decent restaurant and pool bar with good range of options which were not too expensive. Clean, well located accommodation. Lovely forest location. Decent range of activities for kids, mainly focused on younger kids.

Lodge was decently equipped but rather small - it was meant to sleep 5 and we were only 2 adults and one toddler - I wouldn’t have wanted any more than that! We struggled to find space for our suitcases etc.
