The restaurant in the hotel was delicious, I wish I could have eaten more meals there. I also thought the coffee shop was great and fast. The rooms were big and comfortable. Check in was easy. I was here for a conference located at the hotel, so it was convenient and easy to navigate.

The microwave is in the hallway by the ice machine, which I couldn’t find at first. One of the towels in my room didn’t seem clean, as if someone used it and put it back under the pile. Other than that, the room was very clean.

The room was very clean. Housekeepers should be commended. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. Staff were exceptionally nice.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I did notice the hallways needed vacuuming which was surprising based on how clean the room was.

All in all .. always love staying on my way back to get to the airport. Oh! The shuttle to the airport is so convenient and the driver today was awesome!

Room is super comfortable but bathroom/floors could have been a smidge cleaner. It’d be great to have an extra blanket or thicker comforter for the bed. But really no complaints.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The room temperaturre was great when we arrived, It was nice to have the AC on. The bathroom was clean and the shower head was fantistic -- the water flow was powerful but in a gentle way. Very pleasant.

There is nothing of importance to mention here. I suppose the only thing we noticed is that there was no clock in the room, We had an early wake-up and would have appreciated an alarm. However, we had phone alarms, so all was well. I mention this simply because in most hotel rroms there is a clock.

handicap parking at casino entrance is quite far from the entrance. We were traveling with someone in a wheelchair. Also - the casino gave us account cards and told us they put $10 to start with for signing up. The cards were blank. The casino should not stop serving alcohol. The bingo hall should have alcohol. The bingo hall should not stop serving beverages/soft drinks (water!) at 7:30 when the event goes until 8:30.

The decor throughout the entire facility is beautiful. The concept of having different "towers" where rooms are located makes it seem even more fancy. The [king] room is gorgeous, & having a walk in shower is handy. Having a few food vendors on location is nice, too. Also, the attached convention center (not to mention the casino) makes the entire experience worthwhile.

A continent breakfast is never a downfall, especially when one has an entire family traveling with. It would have been nice to not have to pay for some of the food (even snacks).

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We flew in for a Packers game, there’s a shuttle that picks you up to and from the airport. Therewas also a bus that with a small fee shuttled you to and back home from Lambo. Very convenient! The room was beautiful and bed was very soft/ comfortable.

The price for a Casino Hotel is outrageous. As you know, people lose lots of money at your Casino so you really should lower those hotel prices. We're not happy with the changes that happened from two years ago.

I liked the convenience. I liked the location. The staff was great. The facilities were comfortable. The casino was fun. All good things across the board.

Overall good. I can't think of anything that I did not like. Thank you for being there.

Good value and location of room. Bed was comfortable.

Dining room was expensive and service was slow. Room could have been cleaner. Requests were slow to be filled (toilet paper, luggage cart). Slow check-in. Requests made when reserving room were not taken care of; had to call to request again.
