The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything in the room was purposeful. Huge closet for storage so there was somewhere to put the luggage. The microwave and fridge were out of the way. And the desk space was great for documentation at the end of a long day! The shower was great! It was spacious and had plenty hot water. The hot breakfast was very good, and it was nice to have yogurt and fruit to take with me for the day. The staff made sure we knew we could get water each day, and was very helpful when planning to book for our next weekend in the area .

My only critique is the breakfast wasn’t stocked with grab and go options our last day. Plenty employees standing around in the area, when I asked for dry cereal, and the uncrustables, I was told the uncrustables were still frozen, and they hadn’t put the cereal out yet. You actually are supposed to leave uncrushables as frozen to thaw out for later.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was efficient and courteous. The pool and gym were both nice.

The WIFI kept cutting out every few seconds. Apps did not work well because the WIFI constantly cut out. The breakfast was disappointing. The cook did very well but the menu was rather lacking. There was no sausage or bacon on the menu to go with the eggs. There was a toaster, but no bread to make toast, only bagels and English muffins to be toasted. There was a bathtub but no stopper for the drain. When the water was on in the tub, some of the water started spraying from the showerhead before I was ready for the shower. I wanted the water to be warm first.

New, modern and smelled great! Breakfast was tasty with good selection. Indoor heated pool was clean and very warm. Nice fitness center. Room was large and clean. Large flatscreen tv. Big walk in closet! Easy access off highway.

No plugs or usb ports near beds. Should replace end table between beds with a new one that has usb and sockets built into the table . Therefore, we could not use ipad or phone and charge them while in bed. Not enough towel bars in bathrooms to be able to hang dry and reuse towels. Shower door seal in our room did allow water to get floor and bath mat to get wet.

Me my husband and 2 kids stayed 1night we were in town for a college tour. We had a nice and spacious room. We only got one room. The room comes with two queen beds, and a sofa bed one bathroom that is very spacious and it had a little desk with the sitting area which was still in enough room for my family I have a 17-year-old and a 13-year-old, and we had enough room ,a neutral location you are surrounded by food, and other things not too far from the colleges and right off the main highway.

The only problem I had was the room phone did not work, so I had to walk down to the lobby when I needed something from front desk.

As a female, traveling with two other females - I cannot say enough about the safety precautions taken by this property. Being off the highway - you always run the risk of "undesirables" lurking at gas stations, parking lots, etc. When I tell you that this parking lot was lit up at night, it was like daylight. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 to make sure that no one has access to the property that shouldn't and to keep you feeling safe and secure.

This was our second trip to Tennessee. We stopped here to spend the night. The first time it was brand new and very clean this time. It was still extremely good for our purposes, but not as clean. The sheets were dirty. It looked like they didn’t change the sheets and, there was garbage in the room. It’s unfortunate because we absolutely love it and I hate to give a bad review.

It needs to be cleaned and updated

I'm an Orangeburg Native, so the location within of the hotel is awesome access to food and interstate. I like that you don't get disturbed by house keeping and there's always someone to help when needed. house keeping kept the hotel main areas relatively clean, the breakfast was fresh and the coffee was hot. nice choice every morning.

what could have been better: fresh water available upon arriving and leaving the hotel, most Hiltons offer water with fruit all day. this one does not. House keeping to check the floors for dropped food and trach set outside of doors during the day especially from families traveling with children, they tend to do that a lot.

Spacious room for family of 5. Lobby was nice with seating for breakfast. Walking distance from Cracker Barrel.

There was a street light right outside our window so even with the shades pulled as much as possible there was still light shining in. Also had a loud neighbor blasting their tv/music at 5am for over 2 hours.

The overall experience was excellent and the staff we very professional and helpful. The hotel was everything and more than I expected a must stay again when I come to town for a stay. I high recommend the hotel to family and friends.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Excellent facilities. Still a fairly new property, only about 3 years old. Great staff, very accommodating. I was pulling a 7x16 concession trailer and had difficulty finding parking since other trucks and trailers were taking up 4 spaces each. I asked permission and was allowed to park along the curb right outside the front door. Hospitality at its finest. Thank you Springhill Suites Orangeburg.
