We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we'll be recommending it exclusively to our family and friends. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories. Five stars all around!

Amazing service from the staff. We initially got a smoking room, but as we got into the room, the leftover cigarette smell from previous guest is really strong that we had to ask to change room the next day. The staff is really supportive and immediately provided us with a new room and offered to move our belongings to the new room while we were going around in the city. Other than that the room and hotel amenities as well as the food are also great.

We liked the central but quieter location as well as staff helpfulness. The breakfast offer was good . Overall a pleasant stay.

The guestroom needs a renovation. Its tired and many surfaces are chipped. The AC controls needs to be converted to digital. The master seitch lighting control in our room was loose and the lighting keeps on turning off.

All staff were very kind, helpful and efficient; the room was very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a wide range of dining options.

A filtered water fountain, located near the elevators on each floor, would save an enormous amount of plastic bottles that placed in each room every day. Guests would be encouraged to re-fill their own water bottles as required.

Nice lobby design, smell good and bright. The room was big and clean, enough lighting from the window by day. But the lights were dim, not to comfortable to work. Bathroom was big enough, toilletries were more than standards. Food was not too impressive. Some glitch on the wifi internet connection. Location is good, many street food stall around. Overall it was a good stay

I’m on a 3 month trip to 19 different cities in 5 countries, and this is by far the best one so far (9 hotels so far). The staff go far beyond their duties and helped us plan our trip with cars and tours. Natalie was the best! Everything is spotless, new, and this is worth a stay. And the price is very reasonable.

We loved everything

The stay was truly amazing!!!! The staffs are so friendly and they helped us to prepare the breakfast box because we are going out at 3am for the sunrise. The buffet is also exceptional and super delicious! If I'm coming back to Yogyakarta, Artotel suites bianti will be my first option!

The breakfast was amazing, the shower was nice, i liked how quiet the place was. There was no music in the elevator or blasting at the beer garden which was wonderful. The beer garden was also very nice. The bed was comfy. The lighting in the room was nice. Very relaxing hotel.

I don't like the coffee option in the room. It was flat white which has sugar in it. I would have preferred just a black coffee option.

The hotel was located near Galleria Shopping Mall. Room was spacious and clean. There was many facilities in the room eg coffee maker and iron. The breakfast had a good spread. They tried to serve different food each morning. Good opportunities to eat Indonesian food. The staff was helpful and polite.

There was a static noise in our friend's room, his room was changed quickly.
