Very close to the beach and a supermarket, as well as the stop for the KTEL buses, so the location was definitely an advantage. The room had everything we needed. Kostas, one of the owners, was very kind, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. There was also a restaurant on-site run by the family, and their strapatsada was amazing! In addition, all the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were always friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that there were no power outlets by the bedside, and the alternatives weren’t very convenient. But this wasn’t a major issue.

Great apartments on a 5 minute walk from the beach and the magical island of agios Stefanos. Great family restaurant/ snackbar next to the apartments. A very friendly open family that will make you feel at home at all times. Worth the stay and Kefalos is a great place to really relax. Not to busy great beaches and waters to go for a swim, snorkeling, water spots or just get a great tan. Just do it ;)

the family that owns the apartments is amazing! they are extremely polite and available. me and my boyfriend had such a good time there. the apartment is clean and has everything you need. the location is also great and perfect for couples that want to enjoy the quiet! we’ll definitely come back!

Clean apartment equipped well enough walking distance to bus and sea etc Was good to have the option of the balcony or the other side. Which came in handy with the smoking problem .

The only thing we didn't like was although we had a non smoking apartment the smoke from people on the balcony was coming into our apartment. It was difficult sitting on the balcony with so much smoke.Perhaps Non smokers on one floor would help this situation. Also some of the balconys were right next to another balcony with nothing dividing them above waist high.

The apartment was very comfortable, spotless, and perfectly maintained. It’s in an excellent location, close to everything you need. The hosts were wonderful – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They also run a lovely family restaurant nearby where the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Fair rooms. We liked the separate bedroom area. Good self catering if basic. But the family that run the place are very welcoming and friendly and happy to chat in Greek! Nice location, easy to get off bus and catch back to airport. Beach near by and a supermarket. Plus the little cafe attached to the rooms is well run, food is well presented and tastie. It was great for a one night stop over for us.

For the price - these apartments are absolutely killing it (we lived on the upper floor though, which if I understood correctly, is more expensive and more freshly renovated). If you compare them to literally any other offer in/around Kefalos in that price range, you will only find something really old- and not very clean-looking. Apartments are small, but have all you need to cook some simple things (boiled eggs, pasta, etc) and comfortably live there. Hosts are polite and easy to communicate with Cleaning service is absolutely amazing, every 2 days (except Sundays) we found all bedsheets and towels changed and rooms well-cleaned

Not all apartments have mosquito nets on all the windows/balcony doors (i know that because we asked to switch the room once because of our loud neighbours, and the new apartments didn't have one on balcony doors) Something to keep in mind, some fees to be paid after the stay were poorly communicated (if at all): * there is a city tax .50 eurocents per night of the stay * air conditioning costs 7 euro per day (some older reviews stated 5 euro, I guess inflation got here too)

Most importantly, the hosts are incredibly kind and will help you with every need. The location is simply perfect if you like the ocean. The nearby Agios Stefanos beach is wonderful and nothing is more relaxing than a morning swim from the beach to the little island and its small chapel. Right next to the apartments they have a wonderful new cafe/bar where they also serve the most delicious breakfast including homemade marmalade at very reasonable prices.

The hosts were super friendly, the apartment was clean and functional. Close to the beach and restaurants, the supermarket is across the road and there are two rent a car places right next to the apartment complex. They also have a bar in which they offer fresh, local food and drinks. Totally worth visiting.

Really close to the beach and shop. Offers fantastic food and drink with lively Greek taverna feel with plenty of locals using it. Lovely cool breeze through front and back doors, communal areas for sunbathing if required. Beautifully friendly and helpful owners and staff. Only 25 mins from Kos airport.

Obviously a pool would be lovely, but the price reflects this and there’s a beach 5 mins away.
