The overall vibe in the coworking is unbeatable. Everyone is so nice, it's easy to make friends, there's nice jazz music playing all day long, the spaces to work are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious...

The only thing I can think of is that for me, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, too thin. But that depends on the person, I guess some people will like it like that. I also didn't ask for a replacement so maybe they could have given me a pillow that adjusted more to my liking, I don't know

I stayed here in mid July in one of the private rooms. The location is really good, It's really close to the beach, shops, the train station and buses, and places to eat. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and speak English quite well. Minami especially was really pleasant, and was able to recommend places to see, eat, etc. She was extremely helpful and easy to talk to.

Restrictions on when you could have showers, but that's understandable given it's a hostel - it's shared space and the noise/disruption it creates. The Wi-Fi in the private rooms wasn't reliable and had a habit of dropping out. We were informed of this ahead of time, but it's still an inconvenience if you're in the middle of something requiring a stable connection. If you have it, it's better to use your phone as a wi-fi hotspot if you're in a private room.

It is my second time (second summer) staying at Amigo House. I really like the concept, the property, the vibes of the staff and other people staying. It is a perfect hostel/hotel for Remote-Work. I haven't tried the dormitory but stayed in the 2nd floor 2 single beds rooms. Shower and toilets are shared with all the floors, but pretty clean. The kitchen and lounge area are really clean and there is a garden space with outdoor seating which is nice. There are nice cafes and restaurants in 10-15 min distance on foot

Even though the place is very small and with a lot of common areas, as it is normal, in Japan it is hard to start conversation or meet with one and other. And one very small side thing I wish was better is the soap in the common sink on the second floor, it doesn't get very bubbly. I was pleased with the rest.

It was nice to be in the non-busy part of Zushi, it would be nice if there were more convenience stores around that area, but I guess you can't have it both ways. The manager and staff are super helpful and friendly! All very kind and speak English. I wouldn't recommend walking here if you have a lot of luggage. Definitely get a taxi as it will take about 20 minutes with a suitcase if you walk.

The common area is very quiet because people are working on their laptops. This might be a bit off putting if you want to make friends like in a hostel. In that way its not like a hostel, but the staff are definitely very friendly if you want to chat.

The vibe and people it attracts. This is my 3rd visit and I always end up having interesting conversations. Also the location is great, so close to the beach.

It’s a 15 min walk from the station. Good to keep in mind if you have lots of luggage.

Staff - There were 3 staffs during our stay. They are supportive and polite. One of them recommended some restaurants and cafes near by. Facilities - Almost everything for living is there. Location - Walking distance from a city center and beach.

The staff were really lovely and the space is great! After a short conversation I received a hand written note for recommendations around the area! I really felt looked after :)

Very good location, ten minutes walk from the train station and four from the beach. The staff was very friendly. Really clean and very quiet for a dormitory. The working space is amazing!

The dormitory was a little warm the first night but you have the option of adjusting the temperature. So nothing critical.

Do clean and comfortable. Mainly people working remotely in the sharing living room area. The living room area has large space and chairs and sofa to relax. Recommend someone who wants to do activities first thing in the morning at zushi beach which the guest house allows you to access within 10mins walk!

A bit pricy for a guest house… (it’s more of hotel price)

We loved the homely, family feel to the property with very nice clean facilities as well as a balcony in the room! The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. This had been our favourite stay in Japan so far! Thank you :)
