Staff is very kind, but their English is basic. Beds are very cosy, bed linen is clean and towels are regularly replaced with fresh ones. Bathroom shower is very big and perfect! Rooms are also very big and cosy.

Kitchen is in poor condition, there were 0 knifes and not enough plates and glasses. However we got almost everything after we asked for except knifes. The floor was not sufficiently cleaned. There is no store in walking distance. Our children got some marks on their skin after leaving the pool, so we didnt use it a lot. Maybe some beach chair would be good to have at the pool.

The location is amazing and very quiet. Very close to Big Buddha where there are lots of activities to do. The villa is spacious and very clean.

There's no breakfast

The pool and the lights in the pool were amazing, and it was my first time having a private pool villa, we felt like kings. The room were very big and spacious. The bathroom was great. Floating breakfast was worth it once in my opinion, but not more. It feels cool, and it's decently tasty, but you can definitely get much more food for the same price somewhere else.

the beds weren't too comfortable, and there were quite a few flies and mosquitoes, but I mean nothing the hotel can do about it. Once you get into the hotel it's free of them and they warn you to keep the door closed. We followed the advice and did not have any problems with that.

Generally a nice and quiet Accommodation and a friendly staff.

The rooms of the Villa were quite nice, but the beds weren't good. Big beds don't have a huge mattress, they consist of two beds put together and wrapped with a sheet which causes a gap in the middle. Electricity was not working in one room. The pool is nice, but it has a strange blinking disco light in the evening, if it would just stay in one color dimmed it would be nice, so it is very annoying.

The location was perfect nestled away but close to the main shopping area and pier. Walking distance to two of the best restaurants...ho hi ho and Ta Ra restaurant just down the road. 15 minutes taxi to beaches. 15 minute walk to town. The big buddha over looks the villas. The villa was perfect and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Safe amd quiet. Perfect for families or groups of friends.

The mattresses, but they were good enough. I'm grateful to have had a bed to sleep on. They just could've been softer. But I still slept well.

Loved the spacious rooms! We are a family of 5 and we all had our own space. Pool in the middle is a perfect idea! We could have a chill while keeping an eye on the kids. Lovely helpful staff. And my kids loved all thr cats roaming around they were supe4 friendly :) Great location on the middle of all the great spots.

No shops near us but an easy Grab ride away, and reception had a few essentials there, like beer fizzy water etc.

The staff are amazing! On our last day, my son became sick with food poisoning, and we ended up in hospital. When we returned from the hospital, they extended out check out and were incredibly kind. The villas are great for going in holidays with your extended family, we shared a 4 bedroom villa, each bedroom is like its own hotel room. This really is a great lay out.

Its out of town, about a 10 bolt (uber) ride. So if you're after a parry atmosphere, it's not near the main streets or markets. Which was good for family.

Everything was good except the location. If you want to be away from the city, it would be good.

Location was the only real thing I didn't like.

Spacious rooms and the private pool was great.

We checked in late so the main reception was closed, we didn’t get any details on how to book breakfast or where to go. The rooms need renovating, they’re run down and it wasn’t very clean when we checked in. The days after though the cleaning team kept the rooms and pool very clean. Remote location so nothing is within walking distance. The rooms also open out direct to the pool so if you have young children they couldn’t be in their own room away from an adult.

Lovely clean villa in a small resort. Lovely clean pool. Rooms surrounding pool were very spacious and clean with comfy beds and good black out curtains. All with separate air con units.

Living area very small and compact but not too much of an issue as didn't spend much time inside. Rural location made it difficult to walk anywhere had to rely on taxis. Not much space around pool to relax or sunbathe.
