I stayed there to visit Mani in early October. 1. The view from the balcony is breath-taking, I suppose all the rooms have balconies that face directly east toward the sea. Every morning I opened the balcony door, I was like "WOW", super super stunning, the sea, the ship, the town, everything was like a dream. 2. There was a small safe in the room to keep valuable stuff. This was good. 3. The average price for a double room per night in October was about 42 euro. With other things considered, the price was good. 4. The hotel had no private parking, BUT it was generally easy to find a free parking spot, no problem at all, for example, you can park the car in the following two area. 36.759733377727514, 22.566512315528726 and 36.757486133126726, 22.569510825771637. You can check the spots on google map. 5. The room is not spacious but ok.

The furniture was old-fashioned, but practical. I was totally fine with it.

The room was spacious by most standards and had a very comfortable bed and climate control unit. The balconies are a huge plus and allow the sea beeeze in annd give a nice view of town anctivity. Expect a little street noise but evening activity usually quiets down at a reasonable hour. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to request a water kettle for the room. This was not an “dislike” or a problem, but may I suggest keeping kettles in the rooms along with a selection of coffee/tea for early morning risers.

Everything was fantastic! The receptionist was lovely at check in. We came by bus in the morning and we were allowed to check in early. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Very clean. Air con, close to all facilities, restaurants. Central location. Ten minute walk to the bus station. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Such generous servings with delicious homemade cakes, sweets, fruit, goat milk yoghurt, savoury (cheeses, tomatoes, variety of breads), juice, traditional spoon sweets of quince and orange. Homemade produce. Three ladies served it (table service). They were so kind and cheerful going beyond our expectations.

Great location, fabulous view, excellent breakfast and the staff were really lovely.

The shower was really small.

Great location. Spacious room with a small balcony looking towards the water, perfect for a predinner drink. Was able to use the facilities (pool, beach, pool bar) at their other affiliated resort for free, which is a 5 min drive away. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Bathroom was a bit tight and water would go everywhere, but this might be the norm in this area. There are bars around the hotel but we didn't mind the noise.

A modern room in a great location that is well priced. Our balcony view was amazing and the room airy, well lit and exceptionally clean.

Breakfast was very limiting and served in a small area where you keep bumping into other guests. This is the only part I was disappointed in as otherwise everything else was excellent.

We chose a superior room on the top floor which was well worth it because those rooms have been stylishly renovated. They have little balconies looking straight over the sea. Lots of restaurants and cafes right outside and we were able to park not too far away. There’s a lift!

A bit noisy at night from the traffic noise below. Breakfast could have been a touch more sophisticated.

The room had just been renovated and was very comfortable.Loved the beds. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay here again.

Noise from the road and coffee bars but to be expected considering the location. A few more towel hooks in the bathroom needed.

Central location with wonderful sea / port view, however very noisy due to the road passing by right in front of the balcony. Simple and a bit out-dated rooms, but spacious and functional, with all amenities. Polite staff, especially the two ladies at the breakfast.

Noise from the street. Breakfast is good, but preordering system is a bit strange and not very practical (you need to choose what you like the day before). Buffet / continental breakfast style would be much convenient for both guests and hotel.

Loved the location. Loved the balcony overlooking the marina. The bedding was crisp and clean and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The value for money is EXCELLENT.

The parking situation is not good. However, having said that, once you find parking, you walk everywhere from the hotel due to its proximity to all the restaurants and city. Also, They need to replace the shower curtain in the bathroom. It sas a a little gross.
