From the moment we arrived, we loved the place. With great directions and a warm welcome from Aneta and her mother in law, we were met upon arrival with lots of homemade goodies. The room is big, with a huge balcony that has a 180 degree panoramic view over the small bay and out to the sea. There are a few rooms, but there was lots of privacy. It's a little outside of town, but a very quiet location, which is what we were looking for. The place is kept clean and tidy.

We had a lovely time here. We loved the apartment, it was large, convenient and very clean, and we especially loved the sea view from every window and from the balcony. Aneta was a wonderful host, she took very good care of us and helped with anything we needed. The pool is great fun, and the apartment is close to everything we wanted to see in the area. We also loved the breakfast, our fridge was stocked with fresh farm eggs, orange juice, homemade jams and cake, it really gave us a homey feeling. We hope to be back soon!

The nearest supermarket is in Aeropli which is a 15 minutes drive up the mountain, so it's good to be aware of that and bring food items you might need with you on the way when coming there.

We always like the accommodation to be in a quiet area, to be able to rest properly after a full day of exploring and also to offer us privacy. Selana Studios and specially the studio booked, ticked both boxes. One of the best locations we've stayed in. Ideal location, just a few meters from the sea, so you can hear the waves in the night, quiet, privacy, cleanliness. It exceeded my expectations! It's also a swimming pool but we didn't use it, why would you sit in a pool when you are surrounded by water? At the breakfast offered in the room, even if we don't really eat it, there were enough products from which you could choose, the cake was very good, not very sweet, few types of coffee, and we also received from the host some local liqueur with a special taste and flavour (not necessarily for breakfast). There are several good taverns about 1 km away. The host, to whom I thank once again, provided us with information about the beaches and what else we could do in the area, always with a smile on her face and oriented to the needs of the guests. A very successful stay and for sure, if we come to the area again, we will stay in the same place, the same studio.

The parking lot can get crowded if all the studios are occupied, but even so there is enough space and also a car is necessary to be able to move freely around (even to go out to eat for the more lazy people) but this applies everywhere in this area. To swim in the sea in the area of studios you have to be a good swimmer and a little adventurous, to make your way among the rocks. There is also a small wild pebble beach nearby, 5 minutes' walk (not suitable for children from my point of view). AC in the room, for those sensitives, is right above the bed, so you can feel the air flow. None of the above was a problem for us.

Fantastic location, lovely studio with amazing view. The studio had everything we needed for our stay and Aneta and family were such great hosts. Homemade cake in the room along with everything needed for breakfasts; eggs, homemade jams, milk, coffee, orange juice and butter, all of which were restocked during our stay. Comfortable bed, good wifi, well equipped kitchen for basic meals and immaculately cleaned. The pool area was lovely and well maintained, offered water and more cake when around the pool. A great base to explore the area.

A unique place in one of the most beautiful bays in Mani. A traditional Mani house with a nice terrace and a great view over the bay. Very quiet, you fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Very relaxing in the middle of nature. We also got a cake, eggs and everything to prepare breakfast.

The kitchen is quite small and not very well equipped, but enough for a couple of days. To take a swim you have to walk a bit...

Excellent stay! The view from the room was amazing, it was very calm and the location was perfect! The room was huge and very clean. The owner was very friendly, flexible with the check-in hours and left us also some homemade food for breakfast. Overall 10/10 for a relaxing vacation!

The location, amazing views, the infinity pool, the hospitality (yes, they give you cake for breakfast!), the fact that there is actually somebody there that you can talk to instead of self check-in... Very comfortable and super clean flats, with everything you need, also to cook, at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!

Location is very quietly situated: you only hear the sound of the waves of the sea and the birds... Annette, the host, was very, very kind and helpful with ideas what to explore. The apartments are centrally located to explore Mani. Swimming pool is comfortable, (lowest level is 1.30 m. deep). You find better restaurants in Aeropoli, 10 km drive. Clear seawaters (don't forget to bring swimming-shoes). It gave us a feeling of being: at the end of the world...

Amazing traditional room with fantastic view and the big plus of the common swimming pool! The host, Mrs. Anneta made our stay as comfortable as it can be. We felt like home from the first minute. Everything was perfect and we definitely are going to come back!
