Location with breathtaking views over the Messinian Bay – wonderfully secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of Limeni and Areopolis, yet only a five-minute drive from both. Privacy and serenity set the tone throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, full of local character, and perfectly suited to our big family, giving everyone their own space. It was also a superb refuge during the scorching midday hours – helped enormously by the quietest and most efficient air-conditioning I’ve ever come across. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. From reception to housekeeping, every single person we encountered was an absolute star. A heartfelt thank you to Panayota, Marios, Malek, Anastasia, as well as those whose names I sadly cannot recall.

Not a single thing to fault

Unbelievable view. You just can't get enough of the view, the garden design and landscape, the architecture, just stunning. Pool area was lovely. Our apartment was fantastic; we got upgraded to a suite, lovely. The hotel really is beautiful.

Given the level of the hotel accommodation i would have expected breakfast to be a little better. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good as other, less expensive places we stayed on our trip. We did have dinner one night at the hotel and that was very good! Also, really need to do something about lounges around the pool, needs to be able to fit more people, too small for the size of the hotel.

De quality and mostly the experience of the breakfast is a bit disappointing for this kind of a hotel. Small cups of tea and glasses orange juices, small basket of bread, no quality cheeses, restaurant overpriced according to the food they serve for lunch. The food in general in Greece is excellent and cheap so a suggestion to improve the breakfast and food. Staff could be more attentive to little things, taking into account the hotel prices, like a bigger glass of welcome drinks, letting you to have a seat while checking in, forgot to bring tea and water to the room, just two little bottles of water etc etc.

The views are spectacular from every part of the hotel, we could park our car right next to our room, the design is very thoughtful of the surroundings and it’s very peaceful.

Not sure if this is a Greek hotel group as they there wasn’t much effort to give guests a Greek experience i.e. Greek music playing or the staff always speaking to us in English even though we were speaking Greek to them. It looks authentic but doesn’t feel like it. Sometimes felt like the staff were under pressure or short staffed.

It was beyond expectation in every way. The staff were exceedingly friendly and engaging. The breakfast amd dinner were top quality on a wonderful terrace with a spectacular vista - especially at sunset. The facility was of superb quality in every way, from the design to the quality of finish of every detail . The location, while a little isolated, provided a really relaxing ambience.

A very minor thing..we could have perhaps had a more proactive service to the, small but delightful, infinity pool.

Located at an amazing place, next to a cliff with spectacular peripheral view. The room was clean spacious and every single second you feel that you have your privacy during your stay. The staff and Panagiota the hotel manager, were the “epitome of Greek hospitality”! Professional, friendly and explainable and every time you need assistance, they are available with big Greek smile for you. The food was made with presence and love, with traditional local plates and a great breakfast to start your sunny day. There is a cool Spa as well with nice energy.

There is honestly nothing negative about my experience. Maybe my personal decision to stay just for one night, that was not enough to fully experience the place.

The hotel is arranged like a tiny village where everybody has their own private space. It is beautifully located high above the ionian sea, offering breathtaking sunsets on the balcony and on the terrace restaurant. the staff (from manager to the waitresses) were unbelievably polite and welcoming. We really felt at home! the restaurant is also excellent and we found nothing better in the Areopoli surroundings. For equally delicious food, you will have to travel to Stoupa or Kardamili ;-) In summary, a dream of a hotel, 100% recommendable! Dare to stay more than just two nights - we had never stayed longer in hotels before and we loved the laid back feeling of having a "home" for an entire week. Our 5 month old baby was also lovingly taken care of - the kitchen offered to make fresh fruit- or vegetable purees so he could try his first solid foods.

There was literally nothing to complain about!

Everything about this property is exceptional, from the place; to the view, to the rooms, to the pool, to the perfectly curated gardens, but most of all the staff is just AMAZING. It was the very perfect vacation. I’m almost sad to write it was fantastic because I’m scared I won’t find place next year!

I would get rid of the wasps nest - THANK YOU to the amazing staff who took care of saving me to the point of one person getting stung to help. Always above and beyond.

Everything. Spacious and clean rooms, peaceful, spa facilities. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Manager Panagiota is exemplary…

We travelled with our 14 yr old. The accommodation may do better by offering a fold out couch/bed instead of making the seated couch into a bed . This is me working very hard to find something I didn’t like … however this was absolutely not a deal breaker because we are easy going travellers …

Everything was more than we expected! From the 2 room suite, architecture and design to the services, relaxing spa, great free breakfast options and two pools. Also snack bar and dinner menus were excellent! And we tried almost everything… The sea view from up there and great location. The drive to Limeni or Areopoli was a short distance. All the Staff members are super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home! Special thanks to the manager Panagiota and front office supervisor Sotiria!
