The property was beautiful, serene with green rolling hills and trees and mountains in the background so peaceful. There were so many activities for all ages (*kid friendly) included in your room rate. The rooms were very spacious, decor was very tasteful and each room has a nice patio with your own personal BBQ and outdoor dining sets. Parking is ample very close to your room and the in room washer and dryers were a fantastic bonus. This sight could be your whole vacation destination on its own, it's that enjoyable!

The only thing that could be improved upon was the individual cooking items were not nonstick so if you plan to prepare food things really stick so adding at least 1 nonstick fry pan for eggs. Everything else was wonderful and kitchen items were ample. I think maybe an inroom description of contents available in room and instructions for trash and a map to show soda/ice/snack machines for after hours as well and or snacks in the area at the local stores and food available in the local area with a map in a binder kept in the rooms and maybe a way to request coffee and set ups besides calling office number when after 5pm would also be nice. After hours phone service would benefit from knowing where things are and instructing clients on trash pick up etc would also be beneficial .

Beautiful room and amazing scenery

We needed the kitchen facilities to prepare breakfast casseroles for 70 at a post-wedding brunch. Our family rented out 4 condos!! And it was perfect. The condos were within 15 minutes of the wedding venue ... another plus.

It was disclosed up front that there aren't any elevators so we were fortunate to get a room that did not require any stairs. The bathroom with the walk in shower was handy but the doors were too narrow for a wheelchair and even a walker. Fortunately, the resort lent us a shower chair that we could use in the tub.

It was wonderful to be able to have walking trails everywhere throughout the property and around the neighborhood. Our apartment was huge inside. The grounds were lovely. We had a great outdoor space on the first floor. The check-in process was efficient and informative. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable, and every amenity was considered.

It could have been a tad cleaner. I wasn't sure if the sink in the kitchen had been cleaned out, nor the toilet bowl.

The apartment was very spacious with all equipment provided and a full kitchen (fridge/over and cooking gear). Very big bedrooms, nice balconies with BBQ and gorgeous views on the mountains. Great outdoor facilities (3 pools, tennis and basketball courts) and a lot of kids activities makes it an ideal place for relaxing holiday families. We had an amazing time, I strongly recommend it!

Beautiful area, grounds and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Little store nearby. Staff was in touch the whole day, Ana and Kelly. Easiest check in ever and it was after hours. We just stayed for the night but I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the heater was very noisy. I had to turn it off, kept waking me up everytime it kicked on

The apt size and well maintained, stocked, and quiet.

Not many activities to do within the property, for old folks other than the pool … but, close to places to explore.

We loved everything about this property. It has everything you need and then some. We extended our stay another night we didn’t want to leave. We had originally booked Friday-Sunday but extended till Monday. I made a note that we were celebrating our daughter birthday and they had applecider and birthday card for her. I thought that was very thoughtful of them. Thank you so much for all your work to all the staff.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and it was pretty clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots & bowls, dishes and cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, water heater and more. It is great for a family. We could prepare our own breakfast and snacks and warm up food. We didn't cook. For cooking you would need to bring your own oil and pantry items. More so than the apartment we liked the racquet club, which had very well maintained facilities with a nice pool and activities for kids.

Although the rooms were clean, the cleaning product that was used left some kind of residue on the furniture and floor that gave it a sticky feeling and the need to wipe it all down. It was very sparse with consumable items such as toilet paper (no extra) or detergent tabs for the dishwasher (one), empty shower gel etc. I suppose you can ask for more if you need it, so not really a big deal, just maybe a bit annoying.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was huge! It had a fully furnished kitchen, living room, dining area, a few patios with grill. It was in a beautiful neighborhood, totally exceeded my expectations. I wished I was staying longer to use the pool! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!!
