The hotel has the wao factor. The moment you arrive you know this is going to be special. The décor is perfection. The staff is friendly but not over the top , the restaurants are great and we had the best vietnamese food here and the rooms are out of this world . Élégant , perfect beds and the bathrooms are stunning.

I would say the service in the pool in terms of getting drinks or food is there but you barely see people coming to ask if you need something (so it’s not easy to get a drink unless you find someone) and the breakfast has a lot of options but no pancakes or waffles or anything like that. Many asian options , bread and eggs though!

Wow, what an incredible hotel. Everything is just so well executed. The incredible detailed interiors, the clean and open spaces, the food alongside with live ambient music to enjoy your breakfast. You won't be disappointed! Located was great, the beaches was clean, the guards even set up your towels on the lounges! Wished we stayed longer.

While there isn't anything to do with the property itself; I travelled with my family and there were a few times we went to the pools w my kids and were meet with disapproving (and vocal) remarks. While I understand their views and trying to control my little one's amongst the environment, we are also paying customers (we even booked 2 rooms for the 4 of us) No fault of the hotels itself.

The anam is a perfect hotel. Beautiful pools, good lounge chairs at the beach, good staff, beautiful rooms. Yoga at 6.20 in the morning. Good massage places close by and a viet mart (minimarked) that takes Credit card close by and other small shops. Great breakfast. A 20 min walk from there is a nice beach where you can take safe surf lessons with milla. The restsurant sandels is 5 min away if you walk to the left on the beach and has a nice atmosphere and good smooties.

Mui ne is a bit boring. Its close to hcm city and a you can just order a taxi on get your guide to take you there in 3 hours so its a perfect place to relax and get out of the city. But it is also a bit boring and dont book the tour to the sand dunes!

The Anam Hotel is a super nice luxury hotel just next to the beach, with two separate, clean pools. The room was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. We ate almost everyday at the Lang Viet restaurant which serves delicious Vietnamese food (and good cocktails). The staff in the whole hotel was very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for the whole Team for making our stay so pleasant. If we come back to Mui Ne in the future we will definitely stay at the Anam again!

About properly -None However, there had an issue of government electricity and affected to the area on the day I arrived.

This hotel is exceptional, from staff, food, service, etc is pretty much on point. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this is top notch in pretty much all areas, and anything you might need is in your room already. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen as well, any kind of food for anyone and you can also special order some items. I have already been telling others about this hotel. If I'm ever back in this area, this will be my only place to stay. Wish they had other properties as I would book with them as well.

Wifi is open and unsecured, was very slow and kept dropping. Due to tile floors in rooms that every time someone moved furniture or their chairs you could hear everything.

This hotel was just very special in every possible way. From the absolute marvel of the cleanest hotel I have ever been in Asia to the beyond excellent food and service it was top notch in every way…and coming from Switzerland, we have high standards to hygiene and service. The Anam exceeded every expectation we had! We will certainly come back as the beach is just perfect for Kiting too!

- Good location, beach front, unfortunately the waves were too strong for us to swim, but we could still enjoy the pool - Good breakfast buffet, I really enjoyed coffee bar where barista made decent coffee for us - Very friendly and accommodating staff

- bedding were uncomfortable for us (pillow too high, mattress too soft, bed sheets were not clean for us on the first night, but the staff changed the bed sheet immediately upon complaint) - electricity went out suddenly in our room, it was just short moment but I had to get out of bed to turn on AC again, which was very inconvenient

This resort is relatively new, and has got a great vibe. I'd say it's the best in town. The staff here is exceptional. Always friendly and going above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. Thanks Phu and Anh, and everybody else who were so helpful! All the facilities are in good condition, what you see on the website is what you get. The same cannot be said with some other options. There are plenty of free facilities for guests including the beach, two swimming pools, a gym, an activity room for kids and one recreation room for adults. If you don't mind spending a little extra, the spa was wonderful and well worth it. The restaurant was also a highlight. We ordered a set menu and not only were the portions generous, the quality was top-tier. They also organise local tours for their guests. All the tours in the area are structured pretty much the same, and in comparison to what we found online, here the pricing was actually very reasonable and comes with much better, tailored service.

If I have to nitpick, I'd say the location is slightly further from the main town than others, but really it is just a short taxi ride away, and there really isn't that much going on in town anyway so we never felt like we needed to be out during our stay.

1. Hotel was beautiful and so well kept, it was a perfect paradise. Green, clean and stylish. Not a detail was missing. 2. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The sunbeds were well looked after, breakfast was amazing, they couldn't do more for you. 100% recommended 3. Facilities and room were stunning..and the restaurants and bars opposite the hotel were great.

They put a service charge on drinks you got from the bar by yourself.
